It only took them few minutes to install my ice maker

There are dents on the door of my ne refrigerator. The guys that came to deliver and set up my refrigerator only wanted to drop it off in my dinning room! I told him that he was to put it into my kitchen and hook it up to my water supply. He told me he could not do that as he had 47 other deliveries. I told him I paid to have all of this done or it was free when I bought the refrigerator. He was mad because he had to take the doors off to move it into my kitchen. He complained that each door took 20 min. to take it off and then another 20 min. to put them back on. He had the doors off within 3 min and back on in the same amount of time. He did not level the frig so the doors stay open and do not close properly. He left it dirty with his finger prints all over it and I had to put my gloves on to clean it. He would not answer any questions I had about the unit. It did not have the ice bucket in the bottom of the freezer as stated. Not happy with delivery and set up guys at all. Covid mask was worn below his noise. I had mine on all the time. Very unhappy with Best Buy in general for not following through with the Covid protection. I think my door should be replaced with the scratches and dents on it and I should get the ice bucket.

Horrible experience with installation. Nowhere on the website does it say the men “won’t touch plastic.” My old refrigerator was connected to a plastic waterline, so when the men showed up to remove and replace refrigerator they said they cannot perform the job due to their policy of not touching plastic. I was then told to shut off my water to the fridge, being a single female homeowner I wasn’t sure where that was. When I asked the men where might I find that? The men shrugged and said, “don’t know, not my house.” Not only were they extremely rude, but my fridge didn’t fit after measuring the space several times. The website didn’t say about a lip on top of the fridge adding an additional 1/2 inch. When the fridge didn’t fit I asked what I should do? The men said, “don’t know, buy a different fridge or have someone handy come shave down your cabinets.” My dad drove 45 minutes to spend 2 hours shaving down my cabinets, saw dust everywhere. Had to install the waterline and filtration system himself as well as put all the drawers in for me. I paid to basically have my dad install the fridge for me.
