I Even had some trouble at first with my doorway being 1-3 inches too short and they worked to remedy it as quick as they could and get everything in and out still without needing to come back a second time!

Last year we ordered two refrigerators and didn't get either due to far out date. So the guys did a great job on the installation and it's great to have our new GE Refrig.

I didn’t even have my small chest freezer for 2 months and it stopped working. It had been about 4 days since I went in it last, so when I went to get food out everything was thaw and red meat bleeding out. At first call center was going to have repair come to my house. So appt and time booked. Then they canceled it and made new appt for exchange (without me knowing). Got email and had to call the call center to rearrange different time, as they wouldn’t keep first date and time. Call center was horrible to deal with, glad I had a local Best Buy to just go to and have them help me. I was told even though I had just manufacture warranty, loss of food will be reimbursed. So I’m hoping that stays true, waiting to hear back after mailing form in.

The deliverers were helpful and friendly. They wore masks and gloves and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service. If I could give them more stars, I would. I could not be happier with the service and will make sure to recommend to people in the future. Thank you! A+++++

Three doors are so easy to get what I need. Sleek looking and easy to open even without handles. Easy to keep clean.

They are required to use new water line but mine was in good condition so they did not insist for new one. A pleasant experience of freeze installation.

Also the service people I have out for a problem are the greatest and go out of there way to explain everything.The service they use for delivery has been awesome. I will continue to buy from them and. Highly recommend Best Buy to family and friends

They hand carried the refrigerator into the house using shoulder harnesses and not a dolly. This ensured no hitting the door frame or walls. Installed water line too. They were efficient, cleaned up, and took all packaging with them.
