Waterline was put in well and does what is expected.

2nd one seems to be ok. First one was 1 month old and doors would never seal. Swapped it out for this one and it’s fine.

The technician that installed the refrigerator never checked to see if the water was actually properly turned on to the fridge. The Samsung fridge is so heavy and I cannot move it on my own. Our builder came over to help and we could not even move the fridge together. I have called Best Buy back and was put on hold for over an hour. I ended up having to go into the store to schedule an appointment. The day of the new appointment I had to take off of work and the technician NEVER CAME. I didn't receive a phone call or any notification and the marked the job as completed. Best Buy - you should be ashamed of the terrible service. I understand there is a pandemic, but you need to communicate with your customers and not make false reports that you completed a job when the technician never showed up. This is the second time I've had terrible customer service with an installation. The first time... they didn't fully hook up the washing machine. They left the drain house on a shelf above the washing machine and water ended up all over my floor. We will never use Best Buy again for any appliances. The credit card may seem worth it but it is nothing but a waste of your time!

The ice maker/water are not hooked up or working. I purposely bought a fridge with the water and ice feature. But the installer couldn’t figure it out and advise I just call a plumber….

I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered & installed at a residence I own. No where in the literature that was sent to me, labeled as how to have a successful install, was it stated that the techs would not disconnect the old unit if the water line was copper. So the techs pulled the unit out just far enough to plug in the new unit and left them both in an unacceptable condition. This caused me to have to rush to my resident's home so I could get the old unit uninstalled and to the curb for pickup before it was too late. I even spoke with a customer service rep who apologized and stated they would send me a gift card to compensate for their communication error and the inconvenience of rushing to take care of the unit. That was 2 weeks ago and I never received my compensation. I recently moved close to a Best Buy and was excited to reestablish my patronage for my PC builds. But I will not accept being mislead/lied to like this. I will instead make the drive to Microcenter instead. As someone who used to work for Best Buy, this is very disappointing.
