    You can not expect professionalism from this service. You have to prepare towel and cover sheet etc otherwise they gonna damage your home

    The people who install this refrigerator locked it to the floor even though it has wheels. When I tried to move it, it would not budge. I had to call and they had to come back out and unlock it so that I can actually clean underneath it and make use of the wheels. Also, the warranty that comes with these machines is worthless. When I realized this refrigerator was freezing in the back and letting food go bad in the front, I contacted Best Buy. They said call whirlpool. The kid came out and initially said the gauge he hooked up indicated the fridge was giving a bad reading. Then he got on the phone with someone and suddenly the thing is working perfectly. It’s all in my head. No support from Best Buy. No support from whirlpool. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
