No one told me I needed a water valve in the back of the refrigerator so the guys weren’t even going to deliver the refrigerator and have no refrigerator so then I had to get a appliance guy to add a plug.

Fast and informative. I would recommend to anyone.

I want to start by saying two days after purchase we realized we had a scheduling conflict. we called to try to move the time and was told it was impossible. Even though it was still two weeks out. The night before delivery we were given a call for delivery to be from 12 to 4. We were in the mind set that we would have to make changes. At 7:45 in the morning on the day of delivery we got a call from the driver that they were 20 minutes away. In total confusion, we stated it was supose to be delived after noon . we were told there was a problem with a truck and they were on there way. That actually helped us. But, we we told them they were clear to get the appliances and install the new ones that was when we were told , the old ones had to be pulled out and disconnected for them, and they were not doing any of the install. when questioned there was no excuse given. They ended up not taking away the old, and I have yet to see the credit, and, out for paying a local guy to do the install.

This was a ridiculous transaction!!! First, I purchased the fridge and scheduled my appointment, which BestBuy proactively cancelled. I was forced to reschedule and did so by choosing an afternoon appointment to compensate for my work schedule. At 8:30AM on the appointment day, I got a call from the delivery stating they were waiting outside!!! BestBuy also required that I schedule 2 separate appointments, one to deliver and one for haul away which were originally on 2 separated days. Again, BestBuy changed the appointment without notification, completed the order and didn't perform any haul away that I paid for. I then had to go to customer service, be transferred twice and finally got a day scheduled. I'm not confident that this will be resolved since BestBuy continually edits appointments without notifying the customer, but I guess we'll see

We had nothing but problems with this installation. The first crew ruined the water shut off valve. The second crew installed the ice maker but no water was getting to the ice maker. We had a friend come and install a new shut off valve that we purchased.The third crew supposedly fixed a leak, however after they left it was still leaking. We had a friend come and tightened the copper tubing. It's now working but not because of the Geek Squad.

Did a great job hooking up the line to new fridge.

Fridge was delivered but water line not hooked up. Salesman told me that it would be installed as long as I bought the water line and my water source was more than 6 ft away. What he neglected to tell me was that the piece that taps into the water source was not included. Delivery guys just dropped the fridge off. No leveling and when I opened the door it lunged forward almost tipping over

He forgot to tighten one screws. I had to contact the bestbuy to help because I have no specific tool

Terrible service, I waited for 2 hours after I received a call they would be there in 45mins, I left and went to pick up my kids hence the reason I booked the time so it wouldn't interfe with their pick-up time, they showed up while I wasn't home and then said they could not deliver because I had a car in the driveway which was not blocking the door to the house. They then left the Refrigerator in my Garage and said I need to reschedule to have them come out and they were going to send me $115 for my inconvenience. what a joke for the aggravation I came home and brought the refrigerator into my home by myself and I didn't have to move the car I had to do the installation in which I also paid for them to do as well. They never called to follow up! What a Joke terrible lazy delivery service, I wish i could give a Zero

This was never completed!!!!! They didn’t hook up the ice maker. They came back in a week at 6pm and no one was at the plant. Said would call and schedule for the next week and no one ever called

Fast on time delivery, nice guys, quick, fast in a hurry. Hey you left plastic on the doors and loose handles ,lol.

This review is for the installation of my new Samsung refrigerator. Installers showed up within a four hour window as promised, and finished the job quickly. However, they were very messy and left Styrofoam and plastic all over my kitchen which they did not remove. Also, before installing the drawers, they failed to remove the plastic covering on the back of the drawers thus requiring me to use a pair of pliers to reach back and carefully remove the plastic. Not a great experience.
