For 30$, it should have been there full kit to tap into the water pipe. If I had a water line installed in the wall it would have been fine except the price

They actually couldn't connect my fridge because I didn't have a water supply line ready for it. Ended up running the line and connecting myself anyway.

One of the crews that came to connect my appliances (the washer) was strange. I was curious if the guys are tested for drugs. The job got done just fine.

Very knowledgeable, clean and professional people.

Had a few issues with the install. First, installers were very rude. When they pulled the water line from my old fridge, water leaked everywhere. No big deal, grab a towel and clean it up. The issue was while my wife was on the floor cleaning up the mess, the installer pushed the fridge into her (as to rush my wife). “One second”, my wife said, “I’m just finishing wiping up the water spill”. The installer continued to push the 100+ lb fridge into my wife while she was on her hand and knees cleaning up a water mess they made (no joke, this actually happened). Then when I was asking questions about the ice maker, the installer continued to ask for my signature so he could leave. I was ignored. I told the installer, “I will sign your papers no problem, why won’t you answer my questions?”. The installer suddenly pretended to not speak English (he spoke perfect English when he arrived). I spoke with someone at Best Buy about this on the phone, never heard anything back. There is a reason the install is free people, installers are uneducated.

If this hadn't come free with the purchase, I would have been disappointed to pay for it. The delivery guy used a pair of channel locks to put the water line on.

We have a hose that runs from under the sink to the fridge and so they would not hook it up for liability reasons. I get it but that’s still lame.

The only issue I had was Best Buy told me that the installers will change the way my fridge opens and the installers had no idea what I was talking about

Since I bought a model w/o an ice maker do you the installation which entailed just affixing the handles onto the crooked doors & jetting out of here w/o a word? I was left with all the trim, styrofoam, packing, etc Oh yeah & I had the plug it in. LOL

Did not connect the water and thus disconnected the dishwasher also

Installation was quick and professional...........

Installers called to try to deliver 4 plus hours before scheduled and woke up young children. If we wanted delivery that early we would scheduled it that way.

Installer arrived on time, was quick and friendly.

Installers delivered fridge, when asked did they level it they said yes. They lied! Doors fly wide open. I placed a level on fridge and it is way off front to back and side to side. I would suggest if you have Best Buy delivery and set up they actually do as paid! Double check their work before they leave.

Unfortunately Best Buy makes you purchase this item. When the technician to arrive to install the new refrigerator they informed me that I no longer needed the water line that I had paid for because they had informed me that my current waterline was fine after they made an attempt to install the new one. Shortly after they have left I noticed that my refrigerator was sitting in a pool of water I pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and noticed that the water line was leaking. My water supply line was old and had been in place for many years when the technicians try to install the new line they upset the old line causing it to leak. They quickly realized that they were unable to switch it out for a new water supply line and left my old one there not knowing or knowing I'm not quite sure but it had begun to leak which resulted in many trips to Home Depot and a big headache as well as no water to the house for 3 to 4 hours while trying repaired the water supply valve in the wall that supplies the water to the refrigerator. So overall I would have to say that I'm not quite sure if Best Buy is sending out technicians that really know plumbing or what to do in the event of a wall leak and/or the signs of a wall leak because I can tell you that if I would not have noticed water or pull the refrigerator back away from the wall my home would have been flooded by the next morning.
