The professional helper, took all the worries out!

Multiple installed items handled very professional

The Best Buy was very nice and helpful but was unable to install waterline since floor still had to be drilled offered to help mark a spot for me.

It took five [5] attempts to get this refrigerator installed... the delivery company did not keep the appointments, made through best buy. Once the team showed up on time, they were very professional and installed it quickly.

There are shipping blocks at the front corners of fridge, presumably used as tie downs during shipping. They should have been removed at time of delivery! When in place, the front wheels don’t touch making any movement difficult to impossible. The point of this rant is the delivery wasn’t completed, as the refrigerator couldn’t be moved until this was rectified

The delivery guys couldn't speak English and were rude.

They hooked it up but never checked to make sure they had it hooked up properly. They were here for all of 5 mins setting up. They seemed rushed.

Nice looking in store but after getting it home very noisy ice maker slow

I am a firm believer in extended warranties because I feel that appliances are not made the way that they used to be. If you have to pay for one service call it almost pays for the price of the warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty on this appliance is very over priced but I felt forced to purchase it because of previous problems with appliances that I purchased at Best Buy.

They did a great job, quick and easy installation!

Absolutely nothing was done. I was told by Irene on 7/25 that Geek squad would do the installation on 7/31. David,CSR, didn’t even know about change to DSI on 7/31. DSI is the horrible company who trashed my dining room and hall on 7/25. Installation still not complete! One worker wouldn’t put on his mask, in spite of mask mandate. He stayed outside. One who came in was totally unprofessional. When I opened the door, he practically knocked me over as he tried to walk by me. The truck was unmarked. His shirt had information that didn’t provide relevant information. I let people in my house; not used to such rudeness. Never seen anyone try to walk by the home ownership. Made all kind of excuses for refrigerator not opening and closing properly. Didn’t even try to level it. Had nerve to finally say refrigerator is defective. He made equally outrageous claims about the water line. He was blatantly incompetent. Thoroughly disgusted with Best Buy. You can’t install a refrigerator!

We had to replace our first new refrigerator because of a dent in the door. No problem with Best Buy replacing it. The problem was with the installers. The first installers were crabby and didn’t install the range (ordered and installed with the frig) correctly. However, compared to the second group of installers, the original guys were stellar. The second guys said they couldn’t get the replacement refrigerator in through the hallway and they were going to leave it in our driveway. Really? The original damaged refrigerator was still in place in our kitchen! Finally after a lot yelling and explaining how it was done a week ago, the old fridge was replaced.

Did not use this. Our water line was clogged, so it wasn't hooked up.

Did not level the refrigerator or put on the handles

Unhappy with delivery delivery people left plastic all in the creases of the fridge that I can’t even remove

This didn’t connect to the plumbing that I had done to connect the new fridge. I have to get another coupling to help connect the water line.

The two installers called me ahead and were on time. They wore masks and seemed efficient. One installer accidentally pulled a hose from the wall causing water to spray in the room. I was able to turn off the water to the house and get him buckets and hoses to minimize the mess. He was apologetic and polite. I remained calm and helpful. The second installer then refused to complete the delivery without a plumber. He was confrontative and impolite. He called his manager and complained about me to my face. The manager called me and I asked that the new unit be delivered as planned. The installers ended up taking out the old unit and leaving the new refrigerator, but uninstalled. After they left, I moved the refrigerator in place and plugged in the electricity and water myself. It runs fine, no plumber was needed. I am a 68 year old woman. I paid for the installation and ended up doing it myself. The very least the installer could have done was treat me respectfully.
