Good delivery guys. But they didnt take the tape out so i had work to do.

The door was dented which required an additional trip by Best Buy.

Purchased fridge and stove from Best Buy and, unfortunately, returned them. The issue was the 3rd party installation team that did not read instructions and marked that they had completed the work, when they had never arrived. There was a gate, passcode was given and they never followed up. I called customer service as directed and was told to go directly to store. Store manager did his best, but third party refused to install and insisted that I reschedule for another day. Purchased same product directly from manufacturer for less money and grief

We did not need the new water line installed because the one we had on the old refrigerator was useable.

First group installed new line to existing copper tubing. It had a slow leak and didn’t notice until 2 days later when I saw the mess in the subfloor!!! They sent another guy out Bruce and he was great. He was professional, explained what he was doing and was more concerned. I would give him a rating of a 6 and wish he was the original install.

The installers that brought the refrigerator out were not trained in customer service. They refused to attach the door handles up which is not a big deal but "why not". They wanted to leave the pallet under the refrigerator instead of taking it off trying to tell me most customers in a garage want that. They didn't take all the tape off from the shelving or drawers so we had to finish that up. A few weeks later we noticed the bottom of the door had the seal smashed in to where it didn't seal very well. We think it was put on a dolly that smashed it that way but are not sure. Overall a zero rating, the poorest rating I could give. I am not one of those complainers you see on this site, this is real justified complains. It doesn't do any good to call Best Buy on this because no one ever answers the phone.

I would definitely give this 4 stars but the first delivery group that came only dropped my Refridgerator off and never installed my fridge. I had to wait an extra two weeks to have my fridge installed and was without a fridge. This was very frustrating. The crew that did come to install my fridge were fantastic. They did a stellar job from start to finish.

The installers came early by 45 minutes. They were not friendly and did not do a good job. They hooked up the water line and when it was leaking, did not bother to fix the leak. Instead they removed the water line and asked me to handle it on my own. I could tighten and fix the leak after the installers left. Poor workmanship. In addition, the two installers did not know English and it was difficult to communicate with them. Best buy should ensure at least one of the installers is able to communicate in the English language. Also, they should try to fix the problem and not leave the customer high and dry to hook up water line for ice.

The old frig had a line coming out of the wall. The delivery man said he wasn't a plumber and wouldn't install but to my wife he said "your husband can do it no problem". Actually, he was right. I literally took the swagelock fitting and screwed it into the new frig. Used plumbers tape to make sure it didn't leak. It was not a problem, but at the store, they did say they were going to reconnect everything. Not the case.

I am disappointed in Best Buy/Geek Squad delivery service. Delivery of my 3 appliances was supposed to be this past Thursday. I had my house ready and delivery was scheduled from 8 AM to Noon. I received a couple of text messages letting me know of the day and times. When no one called or showed I called The person stated my items were to be delivered that day. I stayed home and waited through the early evening. I called again and the person checked into this and she said the driver, Brett, called in sick and would not show up. How can a delivery take place and is schedule when the driver doesn't show??? I went to Best Buy and got my appliances yesterday, Friday. The refrigerator is in the box in my house. I plan to install it today. I am very, very disappointed.

installation was good. Relocating was not. I paid to relocate my old fridge but the delivery guys refused to do it. I do not understand why they refused to relocate but its okay to haul. My old fridge is still working so I dont want to dump it so I paid to move it to another spot in the house. The guys gave me a hard time convincing them,but they did it anyway.

Installers were not ready for a clean job. Floor became messy after installation.

Always remember to check specs and always ask questions. Store presentation was different than website details. Do your research.

The refrigerator produces ice and water satisfactory. However, the left front door of the refrigerator where the freezer is makes a noise when you open it. The top hinge rubs against the door. A possible reason is when the contractor brought the refrigerator to my house, they may have disassembled the door from the refrigerator in order to go thru the front door; then reassemble the door to the refrigerator.

Installer showed up the last hour of the delivery time frame provided - 8 pm.

My house was built in 1995 and so the water connection is a plastic pipe (hose) that comes up through the floor. The installation team explained to me in Spanish (good thing I can understand it) that they couldn't connect it because a nut was damaged. I ended up fixing and installing myself. Incidentally, no refund offered for an incomplete installation. Word to the wise . . . check every aspect before paying for installation.

Techs made all kinds of excuses to not do the water line connection. Had to thereaten returning the fridge if they did not balance the doors. Kept saying its the floor until i told him to take it back then magically he produced door shims to make it balanced.

They gents that came to install our fridge were timely, and informative and thorough. However a little careless. While carrying our old fridge out they slammed the door of our old fridge into the wall of our kitchen and took a chunk out of our kitchen wall! Ugly divet in our drywall. Not thrilled at all.
