We were not told that if we had an existing plastic water line that there could not be an install. Thankfully my husbands 80 year old grandpa was able to help. Please be clear when scheduling these deliveries.

They Brought My LG Fridge & Just Left It Outside & We Had To Find A Way To Bring It Inside & Install It!

after them canceling 4 appointments, finally got my refrigerator. No call or text saying they were on the way. They didn't want to install the new water line I had to purchase, didn't pick up after themselves. Did not explain how everything worked (Wi-Fi, ice makers, controls etc.), I was told to read the manual.

Some how the new refrigerator had a stripped screw so they couldn’t hook up water line. Yet a plumber could with a piece that was in the box of the waterline item that I was made to purchase for installation. The delivery people had no clue what they were doing. They cause multi problems. Stained our carpet, marks made on walls by kitchen & front door. They turned off the water under the sink & had not told us. Will never buy another large appliance from bust buy again because of inadequate people that know how to hook items up.

Refrigerator arrived heavily damaged inside & out & installer offered to install it to see if would cool because old fridge was disassembled & all our food was in temporary coolers so we appreciated salvaging a large amount of food. He took pictures of damage & said he was filing a report to his boss to advise Best Buy. Broken wheels required shims to achieve level stance. This has been a horrible situation that we still endure for more 2 weeks. We also have advised Best Buy & are still waiting for a satisfactory resolution. At this point we don't want to go through this again & will accept this item if adequate credit is offered. Please review records pertaining to this major problem as it also has affected the completion of the total kitchen package. Please respond. Thank You.

I paid to have itsetup% the door never reversed, ice maker wasn’t working, the legs were never put down The fridge was sliding all over. The delivery people scratched a wall and had no care handling it.

They just rush rush and do the job very quick without asking how happy with the location. I’m not happy with the quality of service.

While I was being checked out the only available time for delivery they had was from 12 to 4 and I told him that was while I was closing on my house. I told him that I could be there by 2:30PM. The representative and his supervisor not only told me that I would be ok with that time slot but they put multiple notes in the system to tell the delivery personnel not to deliver before 2:30PM. Additionally, the supervisor told me I would receive a phone call the day before to verify the address and expected delivery time. I never received a delivery notification the day prior. On the delivery day, I received a text 30 min before we closed on the new home that the delivery would happen at the exact time of my closing. I called the dispatcher and the lady told me that though there were notes in the system she could not change the delivery time nor offer me any additional help. Luckily, my builder was able to let the delivery personnel into the house with the refrigerator and get it installed while we closed on the house. The bad part was that the doors of the refrigerator are not centered at all. I cannot believe that the delivery personnel would think this would be ok.

Told me I needed a new valve so they wouldn't connect it (even though the old refrigerator had been connected. So I had to pay $135 to a plumber. Icemaker didn't work in first fridge from Moreno Valley, had to drive back to exchange. They should check before delivering or do it over the phone.

The delivery was okay but the all the installer did was hook up the water line and plug in the unit. All of the packing and tape was left in/on the unit and no instructions were given. Certainly not "ready to use" as advertised. Would not waste my money next time.

Ummm well the beautiful fridge was delivered Stuck in the hole I pulled it out to adjust the water supply valve The bottom 12 inches of the fridge was crushed Edge of both doors scratched by the shelves Water filter wasn’t installed Fridge wasn’t leveled

Bought matching Bosch appliances for the kitchen. Love the style. Service installation crew fell short... had to adjust the door handles.

Tech was not happy about going around to the back door to bring my refrig in. overall they did ok.
