Water connection tight no leaks. Water temperature is very hot but the plastic clear cups get straight.

Made a dent while installing and said that it has been reported and I will get a call from Best Buy. Luckily I contacted Best Buy for dates and found out they were not going to contact me but I had to contact them in 15 days.

Delivery time was a little early and the driver was confused about his responsibility.

Courteous and quick but didn’t fully screw in one door hinge and left one top screw unscrewed. Had to have follow up but couldn’t get anyone for four days. Frustrating, could not tell was not fully installed until opened and closed door a few times and it began to sag.

Got a call on the install day that they would be there in 15 mins and I emptied the fridge which contained stuff for a family of 5. This took almost a half hour but didn’t hear anything for a while. Then I got a call telling me they couldn’t deliver bc of an event in my bldgs parking lot. I offered to go down and help since I’d already cleared the delivery with the mgt office. But the truck was already gone! I tied to reschedule and got a date ten days later. I reached out to my in home advisor when all this happened but didn’t hear back until four days letter. I explained the problem to him and asked for an earlier date but haven’t heard from him since. All this for an elite plus total tech support member! I plan to buy addictions appliances for the condo I moved into last month and will seriously consider pc Richard and your many other competitors.

I really hope someone reads this review and decides to NOT. Purchase this this refrigerator makes noises all night all day squeaking and squealing noises it’s so aggy... it cools and freezes okay but I would suggest you get something else’s that’s better quality

The connection ended up leaking a few days in but after losing a lot of materialistic things and a lot of headache, it got fixed

The technician couldn't install it. Had to do it myself. They came up with too many issues. Only took me 5 minutes.

We ordered our Samsung refrigerator on September 4 and requested delivery on September 10. The delivery / installation crew (2 men) arrived on the 10th, but immediately demanded that I sign a hand-printed waiver regarding damage to the floor of our brand new home before they would deliver the unit. It then took another 30 minutes for their supervisor to convince them to deliver to the unit. When they got the unit upstairs to the kitchen they claimed they could not figure out how to turn the water line on and left the unit plugged in, but with no water line and no handles on the four doors to the refrigerator! After they left my wife and I figured out that they had not turned the valves on for the water line - it took us less than a minute to figure that out. After several appointments to complete the installation that Best Buy / Pacific Sales did NOT honor, we were finally able to get a different delivery team out to the house late in the evening on October 1 - they completed the installation in less than 30 minutes. I have serious reservations about ordering any appliances from Best Buy / Pacific Sales that will need to be delivered and installed and I have to think there must be better options to consider.

We don't like our drinking water, so we didn't run a water line for the frig. This part comes with it, but we didn't use it.

It was delivered. Period! Nothing was done to the frig.

Delivery people are 3rd party. Not all of them care about the service or are knowledgeable about set up.

On installation walls were damaged, still waiting for response from the claims department. The people who installed the product did not know anything about the product and they left a mess. They gave no information on the product. They said look a the owner's manual.

Horrible service. Fridge sat in house completed boxed until kitchen was ready for new fridge. Best Buy came, unboxed the brand new fridge and installed. 2 dents were noticed by us and the Best Buy service people. They said the noted it and I would get a choice of replacement or some money back since the product came damaged. Now they are refused to honor this. The fridge also didn’t cool. Had to go through a circus just to get the compressor replaced-on a brand new fridge that I paid full price for. Spent over $5k On this order for new appliances and received a dented fridge that doesn’t cool.

We had set up delivery for the afternoon, since our grandson would be closing on the house in the morning. The day before we received a confirmation that delivery would be between 1pm and 5pm on Friday. That morning, at 10:30, the delivery truck was outside the house while he was at closing. They left a message, and when he called, they said they couldn't deliver it until sometime the following week since their schedule was full. We had already bought food for it, so packed everything in ice - then found a cheap "beer fridge" of Craigslist the next day so it wouldn't spoil. When they finally showed up the next Wednesday, they said they would issue us a credit for our inconvenience. It's now two months later and NO credit or "sorry" e-mail. This is NOT the way to do business!

I have nothing to say other than it was an average delivery

Other deliveries have been great but this team not as much. In too much of a hurry and not happy about waiting while we cleaned area

installation was done right but the delivery we had horrible experience

The delivery people installed an ice maker in my freezer a month ago. I have adjusted the lever as noted and it hasn't produced any ice. I haven't had time to investigate since it isn't an emergency, I can make ice in trays, but it's a waste of lots of freezer space for no reason. At least there isn't any water leaking anywhere!
