They installed the new refrigerator and made sure it works before leaving.

Hooking up a refrigerator might sound easy, but these guys did it right the first time. I would have ended up spraying water everywhere if I tried to hook up the water line for ice and the water dispenser.

The Best Buy delivery guys arrived within the two-hour window of time that they'd committed to and the performed the installation in less than an hour--including being forced to remove the doors in order to get the refrigerator into the house. My parents were quite happy with the delivery guys.

The installation was quick and very professional. They were courteous and demonstrated everything before they left. Took old non-working fridge away and cleaned everything up. Very happy!
