The delivery guys did a great job of delivering and installation of the waterline. The refrigerator had two dents. They explain our options and that the Geek Guys would contact me about the arrangement. They were very good about the installation

Team was great for washer/dry/fridge install. Showed up on time, finished the work quickly, and was able to secure me a rebate for the dryer showing up dented. amazing

In general install for my new fridge, they broke a piece of my floorboard getting it in or taking my old fridge out. I usually wouldn't want to leave a bad review but, they broke my floorboard. I've tried to leave a review saying what happened and tried chatting with someone online to see if there's anything you guys can do for me but I haven't received any responses yet.

Given all the current challenges, the delivery and installation team did a fantastic job. They notified us in time to empty our old refrigerator, showed up on time fully prepared to CDC standards, moved the old fridge out and installed the new one efficiently. They were extremely polite and professional. Overall a great experience.

My refrigerator was delivered to my home on 12/23/22 and the installers did not level the appliance so I called back for service to level the refrigerator and they left the freezer door higher than the refrigerator door and on my third call I asked for the geek squad to respond but got delivery people again .Not a happy customer .

The delivery team were prompt and professional. My compliments to JR and Dominique for an excellent job with removing old fridge and delivering the new one. I was impressed! JR was friendly and quite good at his job (installing and hooking up everything, including water line), and explained the basic workings of the fridge and ice maker. Give these guys a raise- they are good ambassadors for Best Buy!

The installer was excellent, he did a great job installing the refrigerator. he was very careful with the product and willing to answer our questions. Very professional.

The Best Buy crew was very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. The Whirlpool Installation and connection was done without fault in a minimal amount of time.

These guys were fricking AWESOME! Super great sense of humor and I enjoyed talking to them while they installed the product. Very professional and patient and let me sweep behind my fridge before putting the new one in. Took off all of the plastic and put all the bins and baskets in and explained the warranty for me.

I am a disabled Vet and despite wanting to do things myaelf, sometimes a little help is warranted and in this case these guys went above and beyond to make delivery and installation notvonly effortless but worry free. They set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it and left the workspace clean and clutter free. It's like the appliance just magically appeared exactly as it should be. I salute you, men of Install! Well done!
