If you really need a good installation you need to get another service

Lots of issues for delivery and setup. Might have been better to rent a truck and pickup myself.

Horrible service. First fridge came with ice maker not working, then replacement fridge came with a broken shelf in which bestbuy haven't replaced to this date.

The people who delivered and had to install the fridge were nice, but not knowledgeable at all. They couldn’t connect the existing water line and keep saying you need the new water line, the existing one has gone bad.

Delivery service was absolutely the worst! Had to reschedule delivery multiple times due to not delivering item on a small vehicle despite making arrangements with best buy representatives. Refrigerator was delivered with a dent and had to settle with the damaged product because the replacement refrigerator could not be delivered due to the delivery company continually putting the item on a 26 foot truck and the driver would not drive down my street.

They were not able to install my fridge. Apparently due to a bolt that just needed to be tightened. Called out a plumber who tightened the bolt and installed my water lines.

Do good hooking up the water line so my ice maker will work.

Was supposed to receive it one day, but didn’t get it for another eight days. Received my refrigerator only for it to have a defect from the manufacturer. Rescheduled two days later and was advised that it still has not shipped. Now is asked to wait till next week

If you like getting you house destroyed use there service Wwhen they moved old refrigerator to garage they scratched and dented it .They also scratched walls when moving it .Also they left trash outside on street. Not happy!

They had to re-deliver mine 4 times because it was damaged every time. They promised me a inconvenience gift card for it and every time the amount they suggested changed. At last, they only offered the minimum amount for it and said they will email the details about the gift card but they never did. So I wasn’t able to get anything for my inconveniences after waiting like a whole month for one freezer.

Very poor delivery set-up. Do not recommend using delivery set-up services. I still have an unleveled refrigerator.

After a seven month wait installers could not hook up water for ice maker .Told water hookup would not work with this item,was what was sold with item .The installers never gave me the water item and I never recieved my refund.

If i could give a minus zero rating that would truly describe how i feel about the installation and delivery service. First team delivered ,installed, left having the line leaking, water leak caused damage to hardwood floor. Second team came unprepared to correct problem left . Third team arrived not even knowing why they had been sent to our house I asked to speak to their supervisor they went to their truck ,I thought to make the call they drove away. The fourth team will be coming tomorrow, I'm praying this will be resolved i have filed a property damage complaint for my hardwood floor. This companys name is PILOT DELIVERY SERVICE

The installers did use the water line I purchased to connect the refrigerator.

The service connection for the water line to my understanding was to be done by geek squad. The actual people who delivered the fridge were from a warehouse in NJ. They called 5 minutes out. I thought they were going to connect the water line and setup the fridge with all the compartments. They said they do not do that. But if I paid them $100 they will try to. I said I would call bestbuy because according to my paperwork this was included. Then they stopped and tried to connect it, saying it's not there job but they will try. They ended up making a mess spilling water all over because they did not close off the main water line prior to disconnecting. Afterwaters they made another attempt and told me the water line was no good that the old one I had was better. Meanwhile they broke the old one and the new one. End result the water line and the service was no good, ended up going to Home Depot and buying one and installing it myself.

Ur personal would not touch because it was not your waterline

Love the refrigerator, the space. The problem is tgrvrepair man has been out 3 times.
