I've only been using my refrigerator for 1 week but so far I am absolutely loving it. I love the option of being able to open a separate or "front door" that I use for beverages without having to open the fridge and let the all of the cool air out. Important feature in Florida!

The installers did a great job. My one concern is they took pictures and said they would start the exchange process on our refrigerator. However, after waiting a week I called and no exchange request was turned in. No huge, terrible thing but believe the follow through wasn't there.

Service/Installation Team was professional and fast. Took a star away because forgot to check the top freezer door could open. The top freezer door to was stuck due to a shelf piece. Was able to open it after a while but you could see damage from stuck shelf piece.

Great job guys on setting up and getting my new refrigerator going! The 2 installers arrived on time and had my refrigerator in my kitchen in short order, and they even had to remove the outside door to get it in. They hooked up the water supply and made sure I understood the features. And then they cleaned up and were off to their next delivery.

The service installers were polite, patient, quick and very careful. They were mindful of other furniture around and explained the process beforehand so that I was fully aware what was happening. They allowed time for me to ask questions and gave me great input on how to use my refrigerator and stove and oven, as well as a phone # to call for any questions. What I was most impressed with was the safety tips and hazzards that they took the time to bring to my attention. Complete professionals all the way around! JUST WOWED by the service!

Very professional. Called with arrival time, Removed old refrigerator, connected new refrigerator to water and put it in place and removed all packing materials. Showed me the controls, and explained how to use the water dispenser and ice maker.

I love my new refrigerator and the installation was top notch. Men were professional, quick, careful and caring.

Easy - just plug in and go! Didn't have a water hookup on purpose because I didn't want to have another thing to possibly repair. The installers plugged the fridge in for us before they left.

The delivery, install and relocation of our existing refrigerator was done timely and expertly. The two delivery associates were courteous and very helpful. They did a great job and I would absolutely recommend them.

Product is excellent , the delivery service was done in the date and hour scheduled. The delivery staff could not Installed the water supply .

I wish the issue of the leaky door seals didn't exist. I can see light and feel air,from the inside, with the door closed. This results in the fridge running more than needs.

Best Buy delivered my new refrigerator in perfect condition. The gentlemen who did the delivery first removed my old refrigerator; taking all precautions to not damage my floor or cabinets. Then they brought in the new refrigerator and taking the same precautions, hooked it up to the waterline and electricity and put it in place. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was working properly and that the refrigerator was level before they left; taking my old refrigerator with them.

They were fast and efficient they were able to install the freezer quickly and organize the extension cord to make it look nice as well

The Geek Squad did an excellent job with installing our new refrigerator and were knowledgeable about the product when we asked questions. They cleaned everything up after installation and were very courteous too!

Guys that installed my refrigerator were great except when they re-installed the door, they did not align the doors properly, been trying to get it corrected, have not been able to do it, very disappointed.
