Two out of the 4 panels where installed incorrectly, plus another came damaged and waiting for the replacement, guys doing the delivery were very friendly and polite.

Install what? I did everything myself while he watched.

You brought a product that didn’t work and tried to charge me shipping took me a month to get my money back and over 20 hrs on the phone with multiple Best Buy reps . Will never buy anything here again

The refrigerator was just dropped off. Claim it would not fit space. It’s in space now. The shelves do not fit the freezer and inside refrigerator. Poor service and no return call regarding shelving.

This refrigerator is very loud! And when you close the freezer door, the refrigerator door opens. So you have to be sure both are closed each time.

The installation team was very nice and efficient.

I had appointment to fix some issues with my refrigerator. The first appointment there were some miscommunication and they were not able to get to my house. The second appointment they canceled without any noticed. I tried to call support three times to get someone to tell me i have to reschedule. Plus the schedule time is 6 hours window. Bad service. It's a shame. Very disrespectful to others.

I would recommend that you pick up everything you buy at Best Buy. Delivery company from Jersey, long ways away and very unreliable. Belie you me, I e had 4 deliveries for 2 appliances.

The workers did not even attempt to bring the fridge upstairs, they looked at my steps and said it won’t fit, then they took measurements of one side of my hallway to send to their company to say the fridge wouldn’t fit. My husband and I were furious and told them to leave the refrigerator, my husbands friend came by shortly after and after a few turns bought the refrigerator up with no incident. These workers clearly were on a schedule and were not willing to do any work that might take longer then 5 min, I was extremely disappointed, but I guess this is the service I should have expected for free.

This equipment was part of a purchase of a new refrigerator. I was unaware that the water line had to have a cutoff valve and if none existed the new refrigerator could not be delivered. This issue should be discussed prior to refrigerator purchase.

Our new LG refrigerator was delivered but the water line was not connected due to a lack of a compatible connector. So we had to hire a plumber to get the water line connected.

I do not have a water line to hook up to a ice machine

Installers were not very professional. Tried to say the fridge would not fit.

Better to have a more sturdy line instead of plastic line

The installers broke a piece off my brand new fridge and ripped the water line out of the back. They shoved the line back in and were able to attach the broken cover but it’s still broken on a brand new refrigerator

Although this service was supposed to include installing my refrigerator, the person only delivered to me and left without helping me install my refrigerator.

Never received. We are still waiting to receive. Also fridge was broken on door, needed replacement. was put out twice. Now no ice cube maker recieved.

Very disappointed. Though I had many notifications stating my item was in and that the item was going to be delivered, the team never showed up to deliver. And was very unprofessional in how they handled it and I asked to speak with a supervisor someone texted me to tell me that our refrigerator was not being delivered. Nobody called and nobody let us know what was happeneing, we finally went to return it and nobody even notified us or called to apologize. It was very crazy! We ended up getting the same deal at Jc penny's because they price matched our product and it was delivered without any problems. We have had numerous problems with delivery from Best Buy. We will not order from Best Buy anymore when we have to have something delivered.

My old line was there waiting for the new refrigerator.
