We love the fridge. Sales staff were great! We paid for the water install. Best Buy sent a person to survey who said it would be easy. Day of work the person said no way. We had to hire a plumber. Fridge is really nice!

The two gentlemen that delivered my refridgerator were very helpful and answered any questions clearly. We are very happy with this product and I would recommend it to anyone.

The delivery/install team was fantastic!! They were quick, efficient and helpful. Got us all set up with no issue. We’re careful not to damage anything as they needed to remove a door to bring the refrigerator in. Put it back to rights and cleans everything up. Great team of guys!!

The gentalman that connected the eefrogerator was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous enough to let me sweep the area under the fridge bedore putting the new one in.

The same guy who installed my washer and dryer a few years back installed my new refrigerator and was equally as excellent as he had been before. He was informative, professional, and friendly. Nice to see someone doing well for the sake of doing a job well.

Couldn't be happier with the install guys. They were very courteous, polite and professional. They showed up when they were scheduled, hauled the old fridge out, installed the new one, leveled it and it has been working great.

The two installers were real pros. They unboxed the refrigerator outside and inspected it to ensure the refrigerator shipped without damage and to prevent scattering any packing material in our house. We had a door reversal as well, which they completed outside. The refrigerator was by design a tight fit into existing cabinetry. They measured at several places before attempting to install the refrigerator. Then got it in without the refrigerator ever touching the cabinetry. Everything was balanced and tested before they declared they were done. Real pros.

Installation was done in short amount of time. They were very knowledgeable choosing which way was best to bring fridge into house by measuring doors widths. Easily put into place in kitchen and took old appliance with no complications. Very professional crew.

Best Buy employees are very knowledgeable and take there time with you and don’t act like they are bother no matter if I keep asking the same questions. Also the service people I have out for a problem are the greatest and go out of there way to explain everything.The service they use for delivery has been awesome. I will continue to buy from them and. Highly recommend Best Buy to family and friends

Geek squad installed new fridge very quickly and didnt have any issues.

Assembled and installed with great ease and perfection. Friendly and courteous. They made sure the install worked perfect before leaving. They even changed the water connection kit with a new one, without me requesting them to do this...their thoughts were to be preventative and proactive. Great group of guys.!
