Fantastic customer service, delivery and install

They were careful bringing the refrigerator in through the door. They were very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. There was an issue with the side of the fridge having a large dent down it. They immediately made a phone call to address the issue and we were able to make a decision right then about what we wanted to do regarding the issue. We were very pleased at how quickly the problem was resolved.

A Job Well Done!

They took special care while removing the old refrigerator and carrying in the new refrigerator. In this time of COVID-19, they where appropriately outfitted for our protection and theirs. I recommend this service to other customers.

Ice maker

Water connection was easy, after getting the right connection, allowing for shorter time before using. Makes life easier when things work properly. Ice and water are awesome, now that we have it all connected together. Crushed ice is a must for making smoothies.

The doors needed to be removed from both the outgoing and the incoming unit. The installers took great care to not damage anything. Great job!

Best buy dented my frudge

However they dented the fredge so i had to call beatbuy and get refunded 15 percent do to a dent.

Love the refrigerator

Seth did a good job of bringing in the refrigerator and making sure that it ran as it was supposed to.

Refrigerator Water Connection

But once they started back going inside they did install a washer and they were fantastic. I gave it four stars for that effort.
