The first unit that was delivered was dented and they flooded my hardwood floors (which I am still waiting for your insurance to take care of it) So i've had to empty my refrigerator/freezer twice and it will be a thrid time when the floors are repaired. The ice maker seems a little slow in despensing ice, but does work. Samsung has an issue with the ice makers going out. I really hope that this is a good refrigerator and they have fixed their past issues.

Evening after delivery had water leaking around the refrigerator. Had to call a plumber to come fix the instillation.

The Geek Squad installers did a terrible job. The tapes and styrofoam protectors were still left in the unit after they left. One of the installers told me the unit came with an extra filter that we can replace later on. It turns out that was the filter that needed to be installed in the unit which he never did. He left the filter taped onto the freezer they way it came. Very disappointed.

Installers did not know how to install aFisher Paykal refrigerator. They left my home withou telling me. I called their company and the company said they knew how to install this product. I await this service as there is no ice or water.

My new refrigerator is still not working properly. The ice maker and water still doesn't work. Trying to get a new refrigerator is unbelievable to replace. Samsung seems not to have the one I have and I even was going to change to another one and they don't have that one. Very disappointed.

Delivery guys refused to install the water hook up. Wouldn't even look. Handed us the kit and walked out. Best buy shouldn't offer this service with delivery.

Technician who came for the appointment at our house told us that refrigerator installation is not included in his order. We called geek squad and they also had multiple orders with different details. They said since your request was dealt by a third party therefore we have different orders/requests. It was really confusing and frustrating. Very disappointing experience as we had to get our refrigerator installed by someone else paying them more money.

Not friendly people, I ask something and the guy answer with not good attitude “check the manual”. It is not the “what” is more the “how”.

If I could score it lower I would. Showed up at 6:30am. Without asking shut off water to the house while my wife was in the shower trying to get ready for work. Damaged my existing refrigerator while moving it into the garage. I can no longer sell it.did not leave the water hook up kit that I paid for.

Not only did I wait over 4 months for my appliance, the numerous rescheduled attempts to bring my product, and the two no-call, no-shows for which my husband lost a day of work were not compensated by any means. I will never by anything that requires delivery from your company again! When I see a commercial or hear Best Buy I get PTSD.

Verbiage is a little confusing. Didn’t realize there was an additional fee to hook up a new water line as it states “installation with../no water”.

Guys had no clue what they were doing and were not able to install my fridge. They also damaged the fridge, did not pull the fridge doors off and then came to the door with the heavy fridge and made me take the door off quickly while they held it and it broke a tile on my step from the weight.

Horrible Delivery Service. Buyer beware when purchasing an appliances; the store associate may be helpful and they will even send someone to your home before delivery to confirm measurements of the appliance but when the truck arrives, the LAZY and INEPT men on the truck will not do their job! If I could choose zero stars for this rating that is what it would be, not 1. Best Buy failed me when I needed a refrigerator.

After installation I followed directions and ran 1-2 gallons from the water dispenser. Have had a constant slow leak daily from the water dispenser. Very disappointing with the price we paid!!

It took 4 appointments and a $100 plumber visit to have the refrigerator completely installed and ready for use. This process is subcontracted out by the Best Buy store and was a frustrating experience of calling people you could hardly understand and waiting 5 or 6 days between appointments.

Zero stars! We waited 3 months for our new fridge, which was fine, except when they arrived they wouldn’t complete the install supposedly because we didn’t have a shut off right behind the fridge. We had 3 months to have that done if it was required and no one relayed that message. My husband ended up using what we had and it works fine. Don’t waste our money on an install if they can’t communicate what’s needed on that date!

I believe Best Buy overbooked deliveries. Me and my sister bought this item around the same time. They rescheduled and cancelled twice before she picked it up at the store instead. I was cancelled once. The only reason I chose delivery + install was because it would have cost me to pickup at store for some reason, but free delivery + install.

Delivered to lower level, complained about wearing shoe covers, dragged refrigerator across the carpeting and refused to reverse handles and hinges.

I was suppose to get my ice maker installed but the person said they were not able to do it which is fine! What I am angry about is that they didn’t explain that I only had like 15 days to return it so now I have an ice maker that I am never going to use and is a waste of money! Horrible communication!

The guys installed my new appliances fairly quickly but weren't very courteous. They also tried to keep install kits that I paid for and use existing hardware or vice versa. Don't waste your money.
