I did not receive the water line hook up for this.

The "11 year" professionals refused to move the old fridge and install the new fridge because they claimed it was impossible for them to 1) lift the old fridge out and 2) the new fridge was taller than the old fridge. ( I measured everything before I purchased it). I ended up having to slide it out myself and hook everything up and slide the new fridge in. I have "0" years of experience as a professional in this field. Good Job pros. This also resulted in no haul away since they were in a "rush". Good Job pros!!! Look else were for real pros.

dont waste your money. they all they did was screw this line onto my existing line. i couldve done this myself. if you already have a pre- existing line. do it yourself and save yourself the money.

The installers didn't secure the bottom screws so the fridge would come forward everytime we tried to open it. It was a small detail but so important. I had to go in and then makes calls to schedule a return visit etc. It was a nuisance.

Icemaker was too loud and slow filling glasses and refilling reservoir. Door shelves ridiculously too small on door with ice/water dispenser. 4 doors were a nice feature.

I was disappointed with this. My previous refrigerator had a waterline but it was the plastic tube. Since it was already there, I assumed it was an existing water line. My delivery time range was 8 am - 1 pm. When the gentleman arrived, at 12:45, to drop off the new refrigerator, they said they do not hook up that kind. They only hook it up to the water valve if close to the refrigerator. So basically, they just dropped it off and left. I had to take the rest of the afternoon off to finish installing my new refrigerator.

Twice they tried to deliver it to my Kansas City address even though I bought it in Wichita. Twice they clicked the wrong delivery address.

No installation done due to Installer been afraid of liability if something goes wrong there's words not mine so I did myself .

Service is not completed. The worst experience I had. Best Buy couldn’t install my refrigerator; after four unsuccessful attempts And not done I called a plumber and paid for the installation. I complained and was told a manager would call me after documenting my complaints. Nobody has called me yet.

Doors do not fit proper. Geeks removed doors to get ref. in house they were called back to fix, still not good in my opion.

Best Buy did not make the installation to the existing water supply, even though the salesman said there would be no problem. The Best Buy Tech team would not move the refrigerator into the house until a second visit was scheduled. We needed to make arrangements to do our own installation and waited one month from the date of purchase to the time our refrigerator was provided and moved into the house for use.

Refrig is good, install not so much. Charged $183 for a plug in, was expecting a new water line. Going to ask for a refund.

You guys missed your mark on this installation. Whoever you you used for installation for my refrigerator, they dropped it off on the front porch and left. They did not install it or take away the old refrigerator like they were supposed to do. But I got with Best Buy they gave me a credit which helps for the activation of having to go through all of this. It was a real mess. Sorry! This is not a good recommendation!

Damaged molding, didd not fully unwrap protective plastic did not clean up well. Skipped out without telling me o f damage

The fridge was great. The delivery service was not. He started off by eyeballing the fridge space and saying it won’t fit (it did). Next he told us that he couldn’t install the water line that it came with and we needed to call a plumber. We ended up doing this ourselves and wondering why we paid for delivery. Again the fridge is great and we love it but whoever you used for the delivery was less than ideal.

I would give zero or negative stars if I could. Delivery was made into my kitchen and that is the last good thing that happened. The install didn’t happen b/c they made an excuse why they couldn’t/wouldn’t do/touch anything. Told them to leave.

Special circumstances should be covered with an explanation for installation prior to arrival. For example if you don’t purchase a brand new water line the installation will not be performed. The instructions say to make sure that you have a water line not that it’s required to be a brand new one. Also, if you have a smaller kitchen the buyer should be made aware that extra space is required otherwise the installation will not take place.

The two guys who came were great but, due to how their bosses scheduled their service appointments all over the region, they didn't arrive until 8:30 when they were supposed to be there by 4.

You can’t install a refrigerator if they only send one guy on the truck. Makes no sense that we had to take a garage drop and wait a week until they come back. And oh by the way, when they came back after waiting that week, they unboxed it and it had a big dent about 1/3 the entire side of the refrigerator. So that one went back. Two wasted Saturdays.

The person that helped me in the store was anything but helpful. He seemed irritated that I was bothering him. He didn’t even bother to put my iPad and cover in a bag. The woman at the door said he was trying to save me money because a bag would have cost me .11. Eleven cents after I spent over $500.00.
