Best Buy delivery and install squad was excellent - super efficient and fast. Made sure all was secure and operating, explained features/operation, cleaned and removed all packaging material - In & out in 10 minutes.

They did a great job of connecting the water line!! Runs like a charm

It took four hour long phone calls and one visit to the store to talk to the manager before the installation were completed. Best Buy customer service/geek squad representatives were inconsistent, I talked to a different person all the time and they messed up the services I paid from even when I just bought the product. It took almost a month before the appliance was properly installed, of course not without painstaking efforts. I’m very disappointed the way Best Buy handled this delivery and installation. Considering I bought most of my appliances from you. Fortunately, the last service installation did a good job of it.

The installation was very good I can't complain eveything works, no leaks.

I was very happy with the work of the two men who delivered and installed my new refrigerator. They had the old one out and the new one installed in very quick order. They explained the features of the new refrigerator and answered my questions. It was a great experience.

The two installers were real pros. They unboxed the refrigerator outside and inspected it to ensure the refrigerator shipped without damage and to prevent scattering any packing material in our house. We had a door reversal as well, which they completed outside. The refrigerator was by design a tight fit into existing cabinetry. They measured at several places before attempting to install the refrigerator. Then got it in without the refrigerator ever touching the cabinetry. Everything was balanced and tested before they declared they were done. Real pros.

Which is a great review considering it took 3 times to get it right. But the rating is high because the delivery people had integrity and took care of the problems in a super professional manner. Twice there were issues with the refrigerator delivered. Both times it was the delivery men who noticed the problems and took care of things so we could get a replacement. They allowed us to use the first delivery (which had a dent on the door) until we eventually had our replacement so we had a refrigerator to use throughout.

Our Delivery was Excellent , They had to take the house door off, and did it with great success. The refrigerator is beautiful .. Thank You Best Buy Service. Robyn F.

The 2 men that delivered and installed our new fridge were very professional and friendly. They installed it and made sure every thing was working before they left. They also gave us information we needed and answered our questions.

This was an easy job. The refrigerator was wheeled into our garage and plugged in. We didn't have the water hooked up so it was a piece of cake.

The Best Buy installers did a great job of installing my Fridge. They were clean, did not damage anything, nothing leaked, they removed the plastic film, instructed me how to use the item, and a month later the item is still working perfectly

Refrigerator was delivered with great care. This model was reasonably priced and a nice addition to my kitchen.

We were not going to spend the funds to install, but we were glad that we did. These geeks were great! They brought the new fridge in and hauled the old one away. They had to take the front door off it’s hinges to be able to get the new fridge in the house. They took the fridge out of the box and put the door handles on, installed the shelves and drawers, pealed away all of the plastic, removed all of the shipping materials along with a ton of tape. These guys even took time the adjust the doors so that they lined up and finally they literally had to stand on the heads to adjust and level the fridge. Both guys were very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. We were exceptionally pleased with their work. Great Job Geek Squad!!!

It was difficult to organize a chest freezer and I found food on the bottom was never getting used. This freezer allows me to have a shelf for each food, chicken, beef, fish, all on their own shelfs. This freezer has more cubic feet, but takes up less floor space. Perfect.

What's the focal point in our kitchen? Our NEW LG refrigerator....spacious/lighted door window/great freezer space too. Improve how? Don't think you can :) Thank you....almost all of our home appliances are from BEST BUY!

The installers kept in contact with me & even arrived early. It was quick to remove the old refrigerator & set uo the new one.

Hook up was easy to existing water line. Parts were purchased when we purchased the refrigerator.

They installed it perfectly and showed us how to use it very worth the money. It is a bulky item and they got it in the house with no damage to the fridge or the house.

The Geek Squad is an amazing dedicated group of employees with complete integrity. They actually pointed out an area of damage and allowed me to re-order another refrigerator. I’m so happy with my membership and the service I receive. Best Buy is now my “go to” business for appliances and all things electronics. Also am very pleased with my LG refrigerator. The ice maker is so convenient to access. The deli tray is super wide and convenient. Love having the fruit bins up high.
