The delivery and installation was fast and flawless. The only problem was the telephonic notice. For some reason, Best Buy had failed to update its records regarding our telephone number. The installers were provided a number which had been out of service for more than 5 years.

Best Buy delivery men were prompt and courteous. Quickly installed our new fridge, hooked up our existing waterline to the ice maker. They were very careful not to scratch our walls or floors, and patiently showed us how to use the settings on our new appliance. They also removed the old appliance and took all the packing material with them. Great service!

The installers of our LG French Door refrigerator were courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on-time and removed our 11-year old dysfunctional Samsung French Door refrig and quickly installed the new LG

The workers were efficient, professional, and respectful throughout the process of installation. Even with the COVID restrictions they are dealing with they followed protocol and installed everything without a hitch and explained the next steps for setup of the fridge as to what we could expect.

Install guys did a great job hooking everything up. They were careful and asked me before doing anything that they thought could damage anything in my house.They called twice ahead of time, once at the beginning of the day to remind me of the appointment and once again after they left the house before heading to my house. Overall the guys did a great job.

The installation was quick and easy. The movers were gentle while bringing our new fridge into the house and gave us a few minutes to sweep and clean up behind the old one. They were able to hook up the new fridge in mere minutes and we were on our way.

Fits great in my small kitchen and fine for a small family.

I am a disabled Vet and despite wanting to do things myaelf, sometimes a little help is warranted and in this case these guys went above and beyond to make delivery and installation notvonly effortless but worry free. They set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it and left the workspace clean and clutter free. It's like the appliance just magically appeared exactly as it should be. I recently had a refrigerator installed. The installation crew of 2 was on time, polite, skilled, and efficient. The head installer even offered advice on how to run and care for my new appliacne. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Best Buy delivery personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone. I should note that there was no water hookup required - just removal of the old frig and placement of the new frig.

The delivery team installed the water line from the fridge to the existing shutoff. They did a great job. They knew not to use the plumber's tape that came with the kit purchased with fridge. The waterline has a type of compression rubber washer and does not need the plumber's tape. We live on the second floor and delivery of fridge and removal of old one went great.

as always rhe installers were awesome, professional and courteous. this is the second samsung fridge i bought from best buy, and their installers are top notch and a pleasure to see. they even moved my old fridge to the garage for me....

My installers arrived in a very timely fashion. The delivery of the new fridge could not have gone smoother. The water was off and the old water line was disconnected prior to their arrival. They were able to cut the existing copper line, add the new flex line and then waited while I turned the water back on to assure that there were no leaks in the system.

Easy to get ice maker/water working. Just remember to cycle through a couple of gallons of water first before drinking any and do a throw out the first load or 2 of ice to insure the lines are cleaned out. Other than than it has been a great replacement. And no, I don't want my refrigerator to make coffee. I have a regular Keurig for that.

We had a Kimchi refrigerator for over 10 years. I was working fine but we thought it was about time to do. Instead of getting another one, we decided to go with an another regular refrigerator. It is working fine so far . The installation service was excellent.
