Didn't assemble doors correctly so the fridge door open alert keep going of ever minute. Of course that shuts off water supply line and a ringing sound that went off ever for 3 days until Best buy could send a LG rep who fixed it in 2 minutes. I totally trust the sales team at Best Buy I would never have them deliver anything ever again.

I had a fridge installed and the geek squad installers did not tighten down the water line. My house flooded and the claims department is ignoring my requests for information on if they plan to reimburse the costs of water remediation services and the flooring that was torn out.

We initially order and had a kitchen Aid fridge delivered that had a cracked base under the door along with multiple smear marks and tiny dents. They then delivered another kitchen aid fridge and the water dispenser stopped working after 2 weeks! We are in the process of working with Bear Buy to see if they can replace the second faulty KitchenAid Refridge!!! We are so frustrated!!!

I wanted the installers to add a T valve to prevent leaks to the ice-maker water line. They were kind enough to say that they couldn’t install the T valve and that the installation order would be cancelled. However that was 3 weeks ago and despite several calls to Best Buy the order hasn’t been cancelled as yet. I am hoping the order would be cancelled soon as the Refrigerator installation went smooth.

Excess condensation on internal top of refrigerator. Service man suggested different brand.

My appointment was supposed to include installation. My delivery men rushed out.

Best Buy sent me emails and texts throughout the day saying they were on the way and then did NOT EVEN show up or call me. I called them to complain and they offered me a $99 gift card and rescheduled the delivery for one week later. They NEVER sent the gift card and additionally when they FINALLY Brought the fridge they didn't even finish the install - I had to do it myself. Never again.

The installation gentlemen said they could not hook up our fridge because we have a copper waterline. Even though on the installation information sheet provided by Best Buy when we purchased the product states installation crew will use kit to install into copper waterline. We had the kit and it should have been done that day. When calling Best Buy that morning, they refused to do it.

Purchased a refrigerator however it did not have an automatic ice cube maker. No water hook up was necessary.

They guy's did not hook up the ice maker because I didn't have one in my old one. It still is not hooked up

They do not connect the water line unless a cut off value or water supply is 6 feet away. A quick call to my plumber, did the trick. If there is a cost to this, make sure you have a cut off value or the water supply is only 6 feet away.

Installer damaged my floor and it needed to be entirely replaced.

Buy anything at Best Buy provided it does need Installation and Haul Away of previous appliance. 5 different sub contractors came without achieving the job, which I had to do by myself. I lost 5 half days waiting for them.

First of all, the store did not inform us that the ice maker could not be hooked up to our existing line. 2nd the ice maker was sent without the parts. Several techs were sent out and nobody knew how to install the icemaker. Totally unacceptable to spend your money and never get an installer that knows how to install an ice maker. Still awaiting a refund.

Do not purchase this item from Best Buy. You will have a better experience with Home Depot or Lowes. Best buy did not deliver this fridge when promised. It took them 5 trues to get the delivery right.

We had no problem when BB delivered the first refrigerator four days ago, and now suddenly the supply line won't shut off? Either the first installers broke the valve or the second ones did!

Again, the installer said they could not accept the liability of installing the water feed to my refrigerator. Had Best Buy explained this to me at the time I purchased my refrigerator, it would have saved me this hassle. I spent money I didn't need to spend.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Hooked up the refrigerator, didn't check it before they left. The water line leaked, ruined brand new hardwood floors. Jumped through all the hoops, as they use 3rd party vendors for installation, so they are not responsible. At the end of the day, I paid over $600 for the installation, becausei had to refinish the floor I just had installed.
