We were told immediately that we would need to have a plumber come and change out the water line, even though we had a water line to our existing refrigerator's ice maker and we bought an appropriate water line. Told new policy. Told they could not disconnect it, nor remove the old refrigerator. They delivered the new refrigerator and did nothing else.

I bought the extra material needed for install and paid the 130. Something dollars when ordering. When they arrived to del (45) days later. They didn’t have the right equipment for install and made me pay the installer outrite and I am STILL waiting on my credit from Best Buy... Luv my fridge but it was not an easy install. I had to write a personal check to their 3rd party installer....

Less than 2 weeks old and the whole seal around door is literally falling off. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Whirlpool had to order a whole new part. Door will not close properly either so this is a royal pain since we cannot be without a fridge. We have to mickey mouse it so it will shut.

They were not able to install the water to my fridge only dropped it off at my house

Service did not happen. Best Buy keeps spamming me to review so here it is. After spending 45 minutes on chat and them confirming that I would receive the item, it was cancelled again.

The movers were impatient and instead of waiting for us to take the hinge off the door they laid the frig almost completely horizontal and carried it OVER the hinge, then they plugged it in. My brand new frig now moans and groans like its on it's last leg....

I don’t know why they charged me for this it doesn’t even have an ice maker

Very disappointed because the delivery guy did not even attempt to hook up the water to the refrigerator, so Best Buy was suppose to send out a local plumber to install a shut off valve. He never showed up. The first refrigerator was dented, so we had to replace it.

No one showed up for the scheduled appt...and nobody called me ever after missing the appointment...worst customer service. I am sure best buy doesnt even know this goes on with their elite plus customers, rude delivery coordinators and awful drivers...would not recommend buying apliances here..pc richard is by far the best!

This 3 man crew arrived several minutes after 6 P.M. ,their 12 noon to 6 P.M. window of service and they did not call ahead like they were required to do. If they had called we would had time to move our 3 dogs to a different room upstairs so the delivery and installation process would be quieter and stress free for everyone.

Not good!! Needed to haul away old fridge & did not bring any tools to remove door of fridge. Also, they connected the copper water line directly into the fridge & said this was how it’s done. It leaked all over the wood floor in kitchen & BB had to send out real installers out to fix the mess these clowns made.

The delivery person failed to take the refrigerator off demo mode so it would not cool down. My husband was home when it was delivered and said that the delivery person kept repeating that he only had 15 minutes to deliver and set it up. After a couple hours of it not cooling, my husband contacted the store and they were able to figure out that it was still on demo mode and what to do to take it off demo mode.

the pre delivery instructions were very clear that the water line would require a shut off valve 6 feet from the connection. My water line had a shut off valve just 2 feet away but below it in the basement. At no point in the instructions did it say that the valve needed to be in the same room. We installed the water line ourselves.

unprofessionally installed!! INSTALLERS WERE IN A HURRY, DID NOT INSTALL THE FILTER, LEFT SOME PLASTICS ON, DID NOT BOTHER TO TEST IF WATER COMES OUT, DAMAGED A PORTION OF OUR WALL AND WOODEN FLOOR, WHEN ASKED SOME QUESTIONS, RUDELY ANSWERED TO REFER TO BOOKLET, SUCH A SHAME BEING CONTRACTED/WORKING FOR BESTBUY!!!

WORST SERVICE FROM BEST BUY AND THE DELIVERY TEAM. THEY ARE VERY RUDE. NEVER ORDER APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY. WORST SUPPORT AND SERVICE.THEY CANT EVEN INSTALL A REFRIGERATOR. IF U CANT INSTALL DONT SELL THE INSTALLATION PACKAGE WITH THE FRIDGE. I DON'T RECOMMEND BIG APPLIANCE PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AT ALL.

They didn’t connect. The first scheduled delivery they didn’t get off and knock all they did is called and left after 2mins of parking in front of house. Called the number back and never got through.

It was a nightmare. Best Buy used a 3rd party and they were late and rude and damaged the refrigerator. Left shipping materials in my drive way and broken glass. Still waiting for the store manager to call and explain what the heck happened. So disappointing. Besy Buy is better than this.

I purchased an open box refrigerator and they basically dropped it off didn't fix the water didn't put the handle because it was missing a screw and left . Wouldn't recommend open box appliances.

The gentlemen the delivered the refrigerator were quick and efficient but didn’t actually Install the fridge. Dropped it near the spot and headed out. No actual install. It was a massive waste of miney

The technician was suppose to connect the water line from the fridge to the main water line but he did not! The technician told me that I had to do the connection my self. I have paid extra for this service because I do not have the proper tools. I am highly disappointed and would like another tech to come out to my house and connect the water line or give my money back for the service fee.
