Two geek squad installers came to my house and it was awful. They had a difficult time putting g the doors on and what I didn't know at the time was the water line goes through the top of the door. They kinked the line so badly that it dropped after they left. My boyfriend fixed it in about 10 minutes but it should never have happened.

The installers arrived with a patronizing attitude and without measuring said refrigerator "no way" would fit. It fit perfectly as I knew it would because this "gringo" (me) knows how to read a tape measure. They left without aligning the doors which I had to do.

Well I woke up to a kitchen full of water on floor, but it's never there fault! This entire process has been a nightmare! What I would give for my Old Whirpool fridge back

They refused to remove thenold refrigerator causevthe water line was still connected. I disconnected it. They still wouldn't take even after calling customer service. Had to wait a week for a new appointment

My ice still tastes like plastic and I've had this icemaker for over a month

I paid for relocating old refrigerator to another room and service team which was a third party would not relocate it unless they took it with them. Meaning removing existing fridge that i wanted to put in garage.

I brought a 4 piece bundle refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Best Buy's installers damaged my granite countertop when installing the dishwasher. The installer is denying he damaged it when I look at my counter every day. I would have rather gone with pacific sales or sears where my installations have been seamless

Whirlpool is the worst brand ever. ... we have alot of problems alreafy with our whirlpool washer and dryer and even the fridge

The 2 people that installed the doors were rude- put the doors on backwards- my wife asked them to fix it - they said no and took off- they should be fired

If I could give it a 0 star I would. first the guys could not find where to turn the water off. Did not install the hose because the line is underneath the floor so had to use old one. They dented my fridge on the bottom. I also payed for the haul away which they left the old fridge, had to call and complain for them to come back.

The delivery people were rude and refused to complete the job. I’ll buy my next appliance from Lowe’s or Home Depot. I recommend you hire personnel that aren’t snowflakes. So I put the refrigerator in the kitchen myself and hooked up the water for the ice maker.

The delivery guy bent the water line and kicked the line. And kept saying that he was doing me a favor when I paid for the service very rude

Did not get an install, even tho I bought the water line hook up was told I had to have existing line & didn't

installers couldn't take the time to remove all packaging tape and install shelving inside of the refrigerator. Also, they did not tighten the set screws on the freezer drawer handle thus causing it to fall off when pulled. VERY disappointing!

I hooked the water line up doors slightly crooked!

Buyer beware, even with the Geek Squak protection plan you will regret buying this. The linear compressor is known defective and Geek Squad will not help. They had me contact LG and the parts they replace are the exact known defective parts. I’m out 3500.00 on this refrigerator.

Your geek squad delivery installation group is the worst I've encountered or say didn't encounter because they cancelled my delivery then expected us to wait almost another month for delivery

They didn't come. They didn't call. We had everything unloaded from the other refrigerator and after at least five hours we called them. No reason given, They just wasn't coming. Have to reschedule.

I was not informed if they replaced the old waterline.

worst installation service ever... the new refrigerator looks like a leaning tower of Pisa even with the naked eyes. The installations guys didnt even check if the new fridge is cooling. It was in SHOP mode until I had to change the settings.
