Geek squad with dobious services

The refrigerator/freezer were dropped NO installation was performed. The Tech guy said Geek squad coming to do the installation and they left while I checked online now found out they said it was installed.

Not “ready to use when we’re done”

They refused to hook it up to water.

When the delivery arrived I was told they would not hook it up and that we needed to call a plumber to do it. Very disappointing.

Delivery was a joke

I still had to plug it up and push it into the hole. The freezer sliding shelf and fridge door shelves were not connected.

Terrible experience

I had to pay a plumber to check, but he said everything was fine. Other 2 guys came to install it. The first guys were too lazy and didn't want to install it, so they lied to me about the water valve. Disappointing!!!!

3rd Party Installation Poor

I discovered this 2 days later. It caused $5300 worth of damage. I'm still fighting with the insurance company (installation insurance company).

I'm not good health but after the install team never show on the install day and they won't come back until after the holidays.
