Installation team barely spoke any english. The valve to control the water out was to be carefully and gently handled. They did not care and they broke it.

Installers set up the cubed and crushed ice wires backwards. ugh. They also dented the fridge doors.

Installer overtightened water supply line. Refrigerator would not dispense water. I had to buy a new line after loosening the damaged one and determining that it wasn't going to work. Water dispensing was fine after I correctly installed a new line.

knocks picture off wall. Dent in new unit. Delivery people were not prepared for install. I called Best Buy but nothing happed. back to WS.

Installer said unable to connect water line so left with out any instructions

they did not install due to me having plastic existing lines. Told me it was their policy to not install to those even though it's the most common thing to have today. The guy told me how to hook it up myself, gave me the $30 kit I was told I needed and left.

Had to do it myself need more experienced persons.

I was to have a 2 hour warning. The warning was We are here. Where do you want it. When they left we found the directions and we started removing plastic coveings. The last was found the next day.

Purchased floor display and installers did not change from that mode. Took me a full day to find owners manual online and find remedy. Called Best Buy to advise and have never received call back from manager. Considering I have spent in excess of $6000.00 in the last 30 days with them, extremely disappointing.

Very bad installation service, payment per year so that only the lazy go and only connect the freezer, they did not put the doors to open it, etc.

Don’t recommend installation from Best Buy. Had nothing but trouble from the guy coming to measure to see if stuff fits to last item installed.

The persons that delivered the refrigerator layer it down outside before bringing into my house and I had the frig almost a month not cooling lost lots of good and still have not heard from claims.

They unfortunately scratched both sides of the doors, and then said they “couldn’t install it” even tho I had an existing line.

Haul away service marked as completed and was charged 29.99 but it is still sitting in my garage. I can't get my back because it is marked as completed. Returned the fridge and got it from other retailer. Everything was smooth.

Very dissatisfied. Geek squad could not get my old refrigerator out of my kitchen. My brother came and got it out by himself in a few minutes. They then had to schedule a time to come back and pick it up.

Best Buy is the WORST!!! I RECOGNIZE THAT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY CHARGE ME MONEY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER EVEN USED IM PUTTING IN A COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE OFFICE

Super simple. The haul away service is lazy and refused to disconnect the pedestal, so they stole it and refuse to issue a partial refund

I had horrible service at bradley il best buy i wrote a letter to corporate an Haven't heard from them.I will never go to that place again!!!

Install was basically refused! I purchased the $30 hose fo hookup and when my refrigerator was delivered the rude geeksquad guy said they didnt do that.

The Minot store cancelled my delivery and now, I’m having to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks for my fridge AND have received bills for it as well as surveys. I should have been rescheduled ASAP. Very disappointed in Best Buy!
