They could not able to fix the issue and left with an assurance that some one having expertise will come and dix the problem . Till now no one contacted

Installation scheduled twice and delivery people twice sent 2 man team and refused installation. Do not recommend purchasing appliances that require installation from BestBuy. I definitely will never make this mistake again.

Best Buy Geek Squad really did not know how to hook up the regret to the water supply. We love the refrigerator, but had to do all the installation ourselves. They did deliver the refrigerator and brought it in the house.

Best buy has the worst customer service. The sent me two broken fridges. I didn't have a fridge for 2 months.

Rediculous service. Guys come in don’t want to unplug the old refrigerator even when the pipeline was shut off. Had to return without delivery. You are supposed to tell customers if there are new rules BEFORE delivery is SCHEDULED.

It took over a month to install. Terrible service. Please stop sending 3rd party installers - they just come up with excuses for not properly fixing it.

everything is identified in the two previous ratings. again i comment on the following. i should be refunded then fifty dollars i paid to have the doors changed and a refund for the restocking fee since your crew did the complete job wrong.

This was never completed. They took the fridge off the box, placed the proper compartments, and as soon as it is plugged, they left. No care whether the fridge was leveled or locked. Fridge rolled on me.

It supposed to be a professional delivery company. They left all the stair areas and the decks by the stairs all scratched. Li if they dragged the fridge instead of having a dolly

Lousy service Installed and never tested I called several times for repair and nothing done. I will never ever ever buy anything from this store ever Again. If u don’t believe me look at the service called I made from the time I bought this item.

Installer was unable to connect the frig to the water line.

2nd LG refrigerator doing same thing as 1st one. Have called got no response. Need picked up & refund!

The third party delivery guy was rude, unprofessional, and not at all helpful. He left me with a refrigerator in the middle of my sitting room and no help at all... I wound up moving and installing the refrigerator myself.

Team was not receptive to looking at situation and trying to solve. They were we just want to set it down and plug it in. Nothing else.

installers came 3 hours ahead of scheduled time and had to wait as I showed up at time they were to come. Walked over fall plants in my flower beds to get item in house. Would not install water line and did not level fridge either. Had to get another person to do that so "free" installation was not free.

worst installation ever. They left a non-working unit and the delivery team told me someone will contact me about an exchange. No one ever did.

The third party company they use for install and delivery sucks they didn’t do any of it we had to haul it in and install it and hope it still worked when we got it in because they left it on its side

These delivery people are contracted by Best Buy and do the bare minimum. They complained the whole time of their backs hurting not to mention they were 3 days late on my delivery. If they had employees take over delivery process I’m sure it would of been a better experience.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. After about 20 phone calls, and a missed appointment after taking a day off of work, I took my complaint to the BBB and even that did nothing. Buy this fridge somewhere else.

Delivery took three different and attempts and four times scheduling. Item was delivered with extreme damage. We were told we could have a 200 discount or wait another 12 for a refrigerator. Won’t buy appliance here again.
