I am a disabled Vet and despite wanting to do things myaelf, sometimes a little help is warranted and in this case these guys went above and beyond to make delivery and installation notvonly effortless but worry free. They set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it and left the workspace clean and clutter free. It's like the appliance just magically appeared exactly as it should be. I salute you, men of Install! Well done!

The first couple of refrigerators had a few issues. This last one was a charm! Love this fridge! Roomy and easy to use. Best Buy made everything right and ensured we were happy with our purchase.

The installers were professional and polite. They arrived on time and quickly removed the old freezer before installing the new one in the basement

We bought this second refrigerator for our home: it performs well and the Best Buy service in purchasing and delivery was excellent. Delivery men had to work hard to get it into our basement but they managed to get it set up.

The team arrived right when the ETA said they were, got to work right away. Remained courteous and professional the entire time.

Installer did a good job. Notified us within 30 minutes arrival. Installlation, hook up and old frig removal great.

Nathanial and the crew were so good at installing my new Whirlpool refrigerator and relocating my other to the garage. They were professional, knowledgable, efficient, and courteous. Nathanial called in advance to talk about measurements and had a determined attitude to move my fridge through a relatively tight space. He was creative in the solution, and there were no issues at all, and when they left, everything was in perfect condition, including reinstalling my dishwasher handle which had to be removed to make room. It was installed better when they left than when they arrive. All in all, it took less than 1 hour to disassemble and move my old fridge, assemble and install my new fridge. Very highly satisfied with this crew and this service. 10/10 would recommend using again.

The reps were down to business from beginning to end. They were very polite, very knowledgeable, and answered questions very politely and completely. They were in no way disturbed by my dog. The dog was most accepting of their demeanor. The are a great team together.

Install/ delivery guys were fantastic and on time. They setup everything completely and very professional.

I love using best buys installers, very professional, polite, and they know how to install anything, not expensive. This the main reason I buy all electronics and appliances from best buy. Good price and no hassle warranty replacement or repairs. Love it.

Appreciated the quick and proper installation. It isn't just plug it in, they had to do the water line, and removing all the packing tape, and setting up the inside. And they had to move the old one downstairs too.

They did great. job installed our freezer quickly.

The two gentlemen who delivered and set up the refrigerator were very professional, courteous , and knew what they were doing. They also hauled away our old refrigerator. They had to remove screen doors and returned them back to original.

Communication prior to delivery was good and punctual. Fridge was delivered and installed without issues. The tenants were happy. I wasn’t even there :) great!

Works great easy to use to adjust the doors would recommend this product to anyone. If I had to buy another refrigerator it would be this one for sure keeps it nice and cold. I love it tons of space I still can not put a lot in it to try filling it up

Refrigerator was delivered with great care. This model was reasonably priced and a nice addition to my kitchen.

The techs who installed my LG refrigerator did a good job. I have no complaints.

Great refriderator, botched deliver - everything was good but the item was damaged during transit. and now my store, which is 1 hour away is not picking up the phone . i have to spend $220 to buy new handles ,but cant get to store to get the credit or the installation fees removed because new installation was not done.
