Oh oh water source not installed

The service was unprofessional

We took pictures before we actually buy the refrigerator and was surprised on delivery! This was unacceptable!

Had to connect water line myself

Had to disconnect existing refrigerator and connect water line myself just to get them to delivery the unit. This question should have be addressed at the time I placed the order for the refrigerator.

I have all ready canceled my contractor because they said oh it is a free service this month. Called to ask was told we will get back with you. That was several days ago.

Not all water lines

SO you better youtube it if your not install savvy before your install.

Miscommunication

Sales associate told me that delivery crew cuts old copper line. Not true. Delivery crew are not allowed to cut copper line and are only allowed to connect existing line to a braided steel line.
