Freezer part not freezing

I have turned the temp to the highest setting and it still isn't freezing. Everything is thawing out and I've only had this refrigerator for 6 weeks.

Wrong technician services sent out a second time

Installer came out to deliver & install my new fridge. But though everything is in order, he did not install as he could not did connect my water line. Very disappointing.

The kit was only 6' long, which wasn't adequate for my situation. I had to buy a much lengthier hose and had it installed by my handyman.

Subcontractors are not professional at all

The refrigerator was not installed. It was left in the garage. I had to get help from real professional to get the refrigerator Into the kitchen.

Refrigerator installation

I had also paid to connect water line and installer just recommended to buy another adapter at home depot because the one he had did not fit.
