Love my new LG Fridge, wish they had adjusted the legs to keep it even before placing it in the spot.

They did a great job and were careful both with the fridge and also not to make any marks on walls, doors, or counters.

Delivery crew was prompt, efficient and polite. They removed and hauled out the old dead fridge and installed my new Samsung in less than 45 minutes. I definately reccomend buying the Total Tech package for this if nothing else.

The installers were very professional and worked together well. I live in a mobile home so they had to remove the doors from the old and new refrigerator to get them in and out of our home.

The team delivering new refrigerator, installing waterline, and educating me about refrigerator were extremely efficient, professional, and educational. The refrigerator could be bought at many different stores, but the excellent service provided by the delivery team is what has me returning to Best Buy for all of our appliance needs.

This 7 cf freezer replaced a 17 cf freezer that died. We went smaller bc our family is grown and couldn’t see a large replacement for just two of us. After many reviews of all different brands $ sizes, we went for Best Buy’s own brand. The first freezer was dented badly on the top back corner. BB Customer Service was able to locate another and setup delivery/return for the following week. Delivery was as arranged and the new freezer setup and running quickly. Although it is not a frost free model and doesn’t have an interior light, the size and price were perfect for us.

We were delighted to get our new refrigerator delivered and installed within two days. The deliverers/installers were prompt, gave us good notice, and worked very efficiently to remove our matching old refrigerator and install the new one, hooking up the existing water supply, etc. They did leave some of the tape/wrap from the drawers and shelving which we removed without any problem.

Removal and installation was smooth and hassle-free. Guys were very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service I will definitely be back in the near future

This Whirlpool refrigerator is just as it was advertised. I am very happy with the purchase. It was not right, after the first delivery. The day after we received the refrigerator we noticed frost forming in the top area of the freezer side. I called Best Buy to see what could done to fix the problem. At that time they told me they would be replacing the unit rather than offering to do any repairs. A short time later the Best Buy truck was at my house with the replacement and a very short time later they were leaving with the defecting one. The second refrigerator is working just as expected and the guys who delivered the refrigerator were very professional and friendly. I have no complaints with the Best Buy experience we had.

Was so impressed with installation of our refrig. Friendky, efficient and knowledgeable. Very neat and took care not to damage hardwood floors. Geek squad has come a long way and i am very impressed.

They where very professional they took there time and disconnect the refrigerator move it out and where very careful installing the new one. When done pick up everything and took away the boxes and everything that came with it.
