After getting off to a rough start - this refrigerator was a replacement for a defective one, which somehow made it out of the factory and unfortunately to my domicile - Carl and Alex expertly removed the offender and made sure the replacement was fully functioning BEFORE it left the Medford Best Buy store.

There wasn't much installation necessary, as we didn't care to have the ice maker connected. Seth did a good job of bringing in the refrigerator and making sure that it ran as it was supposed to.

Couldn't be happier with the install guys. They were very courteous, polite and professional. They showed up when they were scheduled, hauled the old fridge out, installed the new one, leveled it and it has been working great.

75% of all refrigerators bought from the manufacturer was working perfectly with no problems.

Install went without a hitch, and gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. Very careful with our wood floors and cabinetry. They were there when they said they would.

Got the refrigerator installed. however, I am not too sure they really knew how to level a refigerator because I had to do it later so the door didnt slam.

The 2 installers were AWESOME! Professional, on time, courteous and most of all CAREFUL! They knew what they were doing. Didn't make a mess and didn't damage ANYTHING while moving in new and removing old. VERY IMPRESSED! It was like they were never there except we got a new fridge

We purchased all new Kitchenaid appliances for our kitchen that was totally remodeled The refrigerator was delivered and installed in a professional manner. The delivery team was able to complete only two of my five appliances. They were not motivated to solve any unusual conditions. They did however manage to get the refrigerator installed.

The technicians were great, leveled my refrig but were not able to make make the doors flush, I called for another appointment, confirmed for 2/17/23 and Best Buy cancelled and did not tell me.

So far we like the refrigerator. We went from a french door model back to a side by side. More spacious and easier to organize, especially in the freezer.

My house has a water filtration system. They took their time and installed everything professionally and worked around the lines so it wouldn't get kinked once the fridge was pushed back into the wall

The installers took great care moving and installing the refrigerator especially making sure there were no leaks. Went over instructions of operation a little too quickly. I should have asked to go over a few items a second time. My error.

Delivery and installation Personnel were professional and friendly. Installation was explained as well as operation instructions. Floor was dried of any possible water spilled during water line installation without complaint.. Installer even requested the use of an old towel.

Don’t try to install by you self just to safe a very minimal amount of money this guys are professionals and know what they are doing
