Great huge holds a ton of food. 3 drawers for cheese and salad irems. Love the exterer ice and water feature very efficent and convenient

The same guy who installed my washer and dryer a few years back installed my new refrigerator and was equally as excellent as he had been before. He was informative, professional, and friendly. Nice to see someone doing well for the sake of doing a job well.

The actual delivery and installation was fine. The old fridge was removed and the new fridge installed and the water line hooked up. The team installing were careful not to scratch the fridge or floors. Don't plan on asking the delivery driver to adjust the door opening direction during the delivery. They're not "certified" for that. You will need to do that yourself. Why not 5 stars? There was no communication about the deliver between the purchase and the day before delivery. The day of delivery I was called and about 1/2 into the delivery window and told they'd be late. Then, they called back and said they would make it on time after all.

After ordering I wasn't sure about the refrigerator passing through the slightly narrow kitchen entrance. The installation team removed the refrigerator doors& the refrigerator could easily pass through. The reassemble & installation of the refrigerator was complete in 30 minutes.

The installers of our LG French Door refrigerator were courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on-time and removed our 11-year old dysfunctional Samsung French Door refrig and quickly installed the new LG

These guys were great! This refrigerator is really big and these two guys had to really work at getting it into the space that the old fridge was. We had measured several times but had not considered the curved out area in the door part which made it a little bigger! These 2 guys were amazing, and really went above and beyond delivering and installing my appliances that day!

Installation was done in short amount of time. They were very knowledgeable choosing which way was best to bring fridge into house by measuring doors widths. Easily put into place in kitchen and took old appliance with no complications. Very professional crew.

This is our second one of these in just over a year. If not for a defective ice maker in the first it would get five stars love it!

Installer went above and beyond he gave extra supplies to get the job done correctly and he was creative.... my water line was the wrong size and farther away then the supplied hose kit i purchased would reach he had a reducer and an extra hose kit installed them and didnt charge for them.... best buy is lucky to have an installer like this gentleman

I bought a refrigerator for my elderly parents in a rural part of Oklahoma. The Best Buy delivery guys arrived within the two-hour window of time that they'd committed to and the performed the installation in less than an hour--including being forced to remove the doors in order to get the refrigerator into the house. My parents were quite happy with the delivery guys.

Very friendly, and they knew what they were doing and they took out the old refrigerator and placed it in my garage for use in the garage.

This is the first big appliance that I have purchased and has not been a great experience I am on number 3 and still not great but I have decided to just deal with it. I had a service person come and he told me why it could be making the noise even though my 2nd fridge did not make much noise. Anyway all the people I have dealt with in this process have been great. (only 1 which was the one that was this past Tuesday)

The delivery/install team was fantastic!! They were quick, efficient and helpful. Got us all set up with no issue. We’re careful not to damage anything as they needed to remove a door to bring the refrigerator in. Put it back to rights and cleans everything up. Great team of guys!!
