John, the installer, was the best. He knew what he was doing. That is better than the 4 previous installers. Why it took 5 times to get it right, is beyond me. Our first refrigerator seemed right until the doors would open on their own. I would find the freezer door wid3 open. My wife said she didn’t do it, and found that closing the refrigerator would pop the freezer door. The first unit was returned. When they put the second unit in, they would not assemble it. When they came the third time, they said that all the parts where not here. When they came the fourth time, the parts they ordered were not the right parts. They changed out that refrigerator today. John identified all the right parts. He set the leveling legs so my level said the refrigerator was level. Great job John and his partner.

Hookup was very well done...once the proper refrigerator was placed in the kitchen. The first one was not ours!

This is the first time in over 7 years,that I have installers that actually performed their duties completely. Most of the installers that I have experienced recently, have always come up with excuses why the can't install my appliances. In the past, I have had to install my own appliances. These two guys deserve a raise.

Product works as good as it looks. I especially like the green light under the door that indicates the unit is working. Having the light inside works great for a dark garage.

Installation was smooth and without any issues. The installation team was courteous and did the job quick and without any delay.

The refrigerator was installed quickly without much of a fuss. Works well. The only item was a loose handle, but they returned quickly to fix it after only one call.

The installation was flawless and super efficient. They called in advance and were in and out quickly even though they had to take the front door off. The guys were very professional and friendly. They walked me through all the important features of the refrigerator.

Product was delivered, not installed. No water line was needed for this unit. It wasn't leveled, either, as it was supposed to be. Just plugged in.

The Geek Squad installation was very nicely done. Very courteous installers. Carried the old refrigerator out and brought the new one in by hand to avoid using a hand truck that might have damaged my hard wood floors.

They just plugged it in and removed the old one and the packing did fast and was gone with a flash. I had change the door as it came with the wrong swing for my location.in my location I was told that I would have have to do it or pay for this change.

My husband had everything ready for the delivery of our new refrigerator. the old one was cleaned out and the space around it was cleared for the removal and delivery. The new refrigerator put in place very carefully. Great job. we gave the $30 install kit back to the delivery men because the connection was too short and we used our existing kit.

Quality fridge! We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a fridge so we got the most economical choice for our budget and I couldn’t be happier with the fridge! Delivery team was nice and we’ve had nothing but success with the purchase.

The gentlemen were very polite. They had a hard time getting the old refrigerator out by they tim their time and didn't leave any damage.
