as always rhe installers were awesome, professional and courteous. this is the second samsung fridge i bought from best buy, and their installers are top notch and a pleasure to see. they even moved my old fridge to the garage for me....

Good value for money! It’s definitely better than my old GE! First time getting a Samsung refrigerator and absolutely love it.

Connected up perfectly. Water connection was easy, after getting the right connection, allowing for shorter time before using. Makes life easier when things work properly. Ice and water are awesome, now that we have it all connected together. Crushed ice is a must for making smoothies.

The installation was quick and easy. The movers were gentle while bringing our new fridge into the house and gave us a few minutes to sweep and clean up behind the old one. They were able to hook up the new fridge in mere minutes and we were on our way.

The two installers performed the installation professionally. They took special care while removing the old refrigerator and carrying in the new refrigerator. In this time of COVID-19, they where appropriately outfitted for our protection and theirs. I recommend this service to other customers.

This was one of those items you had to purchase to get it installed and warranted I believe. The install went fine and the unit works so I guess this was good. I did 4 stars because I hate being forced to buy it. The original one was fine.

The associates that delivered our fridge did an awesome job installing it. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with questions. They installed the water kit and had our fridge up and running quickly.

Best Buys' Home Delivery of our new 23 cubic feet LG refrigerator included removal of a 23 y/o Kenmore Elite. They assured the new stainless steel water hose was long enough for cleaning behind and under the new fridge. Everything I needed to know about the new LG was explained clearly. The printed Owner's Manual was provided. Best Buy and Geek Squad has exceptional service, professionalism, expertise and 5 year extended warranties. Shop and Buy with confidence.

I had the installers install this line when they delivered the fridge so I can't honestly review this product. But it appeared that it was a easy install considering they only took a minute or two to hook it up and it's been working like a charm!

Assembled and installed with great ease and perfection. Friendly and courteous. They made sure the install worked perfect before leaving. They even changed the water connection kit with a new one, without me requesting them to do this...their thoughts were to be preventative and proactive. Great group of guys.!

The guys did a good job getting the giant fridge through our front door without having to take the door off. Neat trick they did using their shoulder straps. They were fast and did a good job. I did have to help get the gas pipe for dryer prepped.

The gentlemen were very polite. They had a hard time getting the old refrigerator out by they tim their time and didn't leave any damage.

They carried the fridge up without issue, installed it and it worked fine, but they scratched the floor up in a lot of places and also bumped into my stove and turned on one of the elements, burning the food from the freezer I had out there while they were swapping out the fridge. All in all not the best experience, but I do love the fridge, and $30 for delivery and set up seems like a bargain to me.

Looks great. Like that it has no logo. Replaced a 20 year old Jennair that was still working we just wanted a taller option.

It was wonderful receiving my new refrigerator. Better yet, not having to install it or move the old one. The guys were courteous and careful- they did a great job.

The new washer dryer works extremely well and very efficient.. 5 stars Night and day Vs previous GE washer dryer that was the worst. The crew that installed it also earned 5 stars and were very professional.

The delivery and installation was fast and flawless. The only problem was the telephonic notice. For some reason, Best Buy had failed to update its records regarding our telephone number. The installers were provided a number which had been out of service for more than 5 years.
