Crew took it down the basement steps and insured it was working .

Both service technicians took great pride on getting new fridge in house with no issues and connected to water line.

Old Samsung refrigerator freezer went out, so thought we would by Samsung again but not a bottom freezer. So far we like it and it seems to hold more.

First of all, I would like to report that the men who delivered and set up the refrigerator were very nice. However, am not impressed with the company they work for. It is a company that BB uses for delivery. I never found out their name. When they brought the refrigerator into the house, they accidentally hit our front porch light and broke one of the panels of glass. One of the guys was upset about me reporting it because the fee would come out of their paychecks. That is really cheap. I’m hoping it won’t cost much. I didn’t report it because I don’t know the company name. I didn’t want those guys to pay out of pocket.

I was so thrilled with the hamper service I receive when I bought a new fridge! Install was easy and the team made sure to leave my house tidy and clean. Both men were professional yet friendly and answered all my questions! I highly recommend!

Had a time for delivery, was on time. Nice men. Water was installed with existing water line, made sure it was working right before they left.

Looks great. Like that it has no logo. Replaced a 20 year old Jennair that was still working we just wanted a taller option.

The installers did a great job. They were super careful bringing the fridge into our house even through a tight space between the doorway and our banister, they made sure to go slow and not damage anything. The install was quick and smooth.

The instructions provided to the delivery crew by Best Buy did not include the following info: 1) the refrigerator would need to be moved into the house, 2) an existing refrigerator would need to be moved out of the house, and 3) the new refrigerator would need to be installed, including hookup for the icemaker and water dispenser. The crew did take care of the installation of new and removal of old, but it delayed their other deliveries scheduled for later the same day. I call that "going above and beyond". Note that the installation of new and removal of old are both documented as part of the order as shown on my account and arranged for at the time of purchase.

I had a great experience with the Best Buy install team. They were respectful and worked quickly. There were no issues. All went well.

The Best Buy crew did a great job with the delivery and installation of our new basement freezer. They were very careful while moving it through some very tight spaces. We are very pleased.

Great Installation team. They knew exactly how to handle this huge refrigerator without causing any damage to my front door, floors or walls. The team knew the operation of the refrigerator and were very helpful in explaining the options on the refrigerator.

This was a great installation. It took them less than 30 minutes to get it in and old one out.

We had to have the installer return a second time. The first time he brought the wrong refrigerator. I am giving him 4 stars because I doubt that this was his fault. When he came out a second time, he installed it perfectly.

No issues with water line connection. Works as expected

My unit was purchased and installed in my RV. It was not possible for the delivery team to remove the old unit or bring in the new one. I hired an RV technician to remove and install.

Quick, showed up on time, took us on a "tour" of the product, very courteous, ensured that we didn't have any questions after we left, and called 45 minutes prior to their arrival so we have time to clear a path. Hauled away our old fridge with no problems. Great work!

This was for delivery and installation of a 28.3 cubic foot french door refrigerator. The delivery was uneventful, quick and efficient.
