Water line was never connected had to do it myself

im displeased with this especially given the amount

It's only been a couple weeks. Freezers works great. Very satisfied. Fit perfectly in the spot we chose. Very spacious.

I was very pleased and impressed with the replacement delivery of my LG refrigerator. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were meticulous with the unit and installation. The connected water lines never leaked at all. The delivery men were very professional and helpful in explaining the operation of the new unit. They made sure that the unit was properly leveled. Great job! This review is supposed to be just for the delivery, but I also want to mention that my new LG works great.

The installers were very prompt and came several hours early, which turned out to be a good thing for us. They were efficient and fast in moving out the old fridge and installing the new one. They removed most tape and packing materials, but a few were still present and needed removal later. The manufacturer recommends not turning on the refrigerator immediately, which they did anyway. This is probably to let it cool down to room temperature???? The installer did not know the purpose of the tool bar in back of the fridge, and told me he installs it but had no idea of its purpose. Luckily, the owners manual showed me how to use it. The installer allowed us to do some cleanup before moving in the new fridge, which was a good thing. However, he did not level the front feet, which I did after he left. Without the front feet down, the fridge was movable and leaned slightly forward. Not a big deal, but I think they should have done this.

Very happy with our purchase. Bought online from a email for a Presidents’ Day sale. Anytime you can buy a major appliance brand new under $500 it’s hard to pass up. The insignia is quiet, has plenty of room and looks great. Delivery guys were on time and did a great job getting her set up. Will definitely buy again.

Although the gnetleman were nice and pleasant I was unhappy with the way my new fridge was installed. It was not level and the doors were on the wrong side. When asked if they would fix that before they left we were told they didnt do that and we would be responsible to fixing it ourselves. When I called customer service about our issue I was than told I would have had to request that when I made the purchase. Since I was told I needed to order the fridge online I am not sure how I was supposed to tell someone that I wanted that done. There should be clear instructions online if you are going to make your customers create all orders online. I will not be ordering from Best Buy in the future.

Yes, I received the beautiful refrigerator nice size. More space and Roll the delivery was greathe operator was great.I would recommend though go to best buy

This fridge is perfect for my space snd it looks good. I love the french doors and the freezer draw on the bottom has lot of storage space.

Delivery went very smooth. I had prepared area and did prechecks as requested. They promptly unpackeged, put in place, plugged in, leveled and energized. Asked if all was good and went on their way to next delivery .

The delivery was excellent even though they had to improvise because the refrigerator was quite big. They are the best and very personable!

The installation team was great, but I ran into a small issue due to my kitchen layout. My refrigerator is located a bit far from the sink, and the included ice maker pipe was too short to reach. Because of this, the pipe couldn't be installed during the initial visit, and I had to get a longer one to complete the setup.

They unloaded and moved the fridge into my base.ent with ease and set it up in a few minutes. Took a big load off my mind thinking how I was going to move it by myself into a basement without a dolly. They saved me from a possible injury if I tried to do this myself.

Again, BestBuy might have challenges but their third party vendors go above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say i've experienced such professionalism and sincere focus on the customer. This service is highlighted by the quality of 3rd party vendor personal touch and attention to detail.

Guys were amazing on the install, totally worth every penny. Quick and answered all questions, knew what they were doing but yet made me feel like I was the only customer of the day. Yes they did have a truck full so I know I wasn't but they never made me feel any different.

the delivery of the unit was great. The installers were very friendly, did not scratch up the unit and they did have a challenge getting it into the home and set up. The did not scratch the floor, they were very professional and courteous. Keep up the EXCELLENT service. The refrigerator was able to be used immediately.
