Whoever designed my kitchen wasn’t very bright about it. The space for the refrigerator is short and wide. The only refrigerator that will fit in that spot. Is this insignia convertible refrigerator/deep freeze. I wish I had found this before I bought my upright freezer, because I would have bought two and used one as a freezer and one as a refrigerator. There is so much space, I can’t fill it. I really like the digital temperature control on the outside of the door. I highly recommend this item for both a refrigerator and/or a deep freeze. It will not disappoint!

Install was fast and simple. No icemaker purchased, so no hook up needed.

A girl and a guy delivered our new frig and they did a great job bring it in, being careful not to bump into the furniture or walls. The whole thing took about half an hour to 45 minutes. I think they did a great job, they were both careful, worked fast and made sure everything was put in correctly.

Had it about 8 hours. Everything seems to be working. But that drip from the water dispenser down the door. That needs to be retrofitted at not charge. And soon. The makes me wonder. Did anyone test that? Attention to detail? It's poor design. Come on Whirlpool Your grandparents were better then that.

Easy install. We had made multiple measures to be sure this unit would fit my cabinet opening. Fit like a glove ! The dimensions were spot on in the unit description.

The team did a very good job getting my refrigerator into the house without bumping anything, etc. They installed it pretty quickly and showed me how to use it. The two team members were very professional and respectful, yet also lighthearted. I've had not issues since installation.

The delivery staff was friendly and very helpful and very polite. They explained what they were doing and even helped figure out what to do with a ding on the freezer

Best Buy installation team of Angel and Freddie did an outstanding job of leveling new Samsung Bespoke unit and hooking up the new water line. Everything is working great and the new refrigerator looks really nice installed in our kitchen.

Product is fine. Works well. Installers need better training on product. Advised it would take 5 to 6 hrs to get cold. After 4hrs refrigerator was still warm called Best Buy about a faulty product. Got leave a message. Looked for the product online - manufacturer said 24hrs to chill. I would not have worried if told this to begin with.

Tough job for this crew with such a big item. Our front door had to come off, and it wasn't an easy task. They were meticulous and very careful about installing properly and safely. Only reason it's a 4-star is because water was leaking out of the ice maker/water area after they left. We didn't know that we needed to push a bunch of water through the line to make it stop. Would have been helpful to know before they left.
