The install team was great, they were polite and efficient. They answered all the questions I had and cleaned as they went so they didn’t leave behind a mess.

The crew wanted to install it, but I decided to inspect it before so they don’t work double.

The first time we ordered this, we did not receive any installation services. After multiple appointments scheduled to install our refrigerator properly, we had a new one ordered to replace the defective appliance we received the first time around. Our installation exceeded expextations with the second delivery.

They were very nice, fast, and professional. They kept in touch so we could be prepared when they got there.

The Installers did a great job with the installation of our new 7 cu ft chest freezer. They were courteous, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this crew to anyone.

I never got an email or anything that they were coming until they were 10 mins away, luckily i was only 3 mins away and they were quick and efficient once here, took away all trash, etc.

they got the old fridge out and new one in through narrow passages quickly and carefully, made sure everything worked well and was level. No damage to floors or walls.

Well, the technicians gouged my threshold shoving appliances over it & then damaged my existing RO waterline to the old fridge for ice/water while removing it & then installed it to the new fridge like nothing happened which resulted in a slow leak flooding a utility closet below in the basement discovered once my electricity started flickering - open up the closet to find the floor flooded, ceiling raining & electrical panel dripping. Had mitigation & demo of both area, electrical panel replacement, ceiling lights, multiple switches & breakers along with damaged burned wires from surges out of the panel. resulting in 17k in damages - this was installed in December, it’s May & I still don’t have half of my kitchen. Best Buy’s insurance company Sedgwick is an absolute nightmare & their job is to get you to give up before the claim expires in a year. I had to break down & go through my homeowners insurance & let them subrogate since mitigation company was threatening collections for payment after months still waiting. Sedgwick sent out an adjuster who took photos & prepared an estimate but the agent wouldn’t send it to me & kept asking me the same stupid questions again waiting my time, then would be on vacation with an out of office reply & phone numbers & emails for others in office, they were not to the same company & email bounced back. Absolute chaos over a 2k fridge that arrived damaged inside & the installer further scraped it up. Don’t get me started on the range they scraped up too! Best Buy has done NOTHING to correct any of this - get your appliances elsewhere & even though it’s just a waterline, have a plumber install the fridge! I wish I hadn’t gotten new appliances at all because this is unbelievable & no one is accountable. Can’t even check my dishwasher or hood range as they’re still in the garage & can’t be installed due to kitchen waiting for flooring n walls to be replaced yet.

They delivered it on time, and set it in place in my garage. I installed the shelves and plugged it in.

They brought me the stuff for hooking up as I was undecided as to hook up. He told me how to do it when I do.

The installation would have been done perfectly if without the following two issues: Issue 1. In order to have the refrigerator pass the frame in the hall, they should have removed the feet of the refrigerator. They tried it but were not able to. So they simply forced the refrigerator to pass the frame, ending up damaging the frame of the house. Bestbuy has given compensation for the damage. Issue 2. BestBuy says on its web that an installation includes leveling. However, they simply said that they did not have a level. I do not know whey their supervisor did not ask them to take a level. The two issues, especially issue 1, were not minor. There are several companies in town selling the same model of refrigerators and I choose Bestbuy with the hope of better technical support.

The delivery team took extra time to make sure everything was working correctly before they left.

This refrigerator is not for a large family as it is small, but for me It is just right. The compartments are adequate for produce and deli. The freezer is also small but enough to fill it for a few weeks. The refrigerator runs really quite and is a good compact size. Only wish it had a door handle .

GE Profile Refrigerator Freezer with deli drawer is large and wonderful. The installation path was difficult and the delivery installers were very skilled and careful getting the unit in place and operating. This really made our day and we are so happy with the results.

The installers were prompt and professional and did a good job. However, be warned that you need to either have the capacity to shut off your water on your own or have a plumber on standby as they are not allowed to do so to install the water line.
