Easy installation process where I did not have to stress

The installers were excellent and personable They had to take the front door off so that the fridge can fit through the door They took the old fridge and were so friendly and I am glad we had them for the delivery

A definite upgrade from our 2004 Maytag. Gained 4 cubic feet of space and a great freezer. Changeable door covers on all three doors. Auto refillable infusion pitcher and a supper nice icemaker. We got a super nice deal from Best Buy! The delivery was spot on with seasoned pros doing it all to perfection!

Larger than most. Clean and mot so many useless features. Easier to operate and control than most others.

Awesome space. The only disappointment so far is that the ice maker comes separately.

Excellent services installing the refrigerator at 2F. Team really nailed it by opening up the doors and navigating through narrow stairs to do a great job. Assembled the doors back without any scratches.

This Best Buy purchase has been one of our best. First off, it was a 100% online purchase. I immediately received a confirmation with a specific delivery date and a broad time of day for the delivery. I received multiple updates via email and text and the time of day was narrowed down in the final notifications. On delivery day, we received a call directly from the delivery team that they could arrive early if we were available. They arrived early, setup the refrigerator and even hooked up the ice maker for us. The delivery team exceeded our expectations and the entire online order, delivery, and installation experience was exceptional. Best Buy beats the big-box building supply stores by a long shot on many different aspects of service.
