Delivery team arrived on time and performed as expected, removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one.

They left the refrigerator in place but didn't level it. The frigde is tilting forward when we open it. I would recommend the item not the delivery team.

They did an awesome job with removal of the old frig and i stall of the new. Some how theynhad trouble getting the handle on the upper freezer and just left it. I should have called and got busy and didnt get them back out.

We had major issues for weeks trying to get the ice maker to work, but Michael persevered and discovered the problem. Problem solved! Thank you, Michael!

The gentleman that came to deliver my freezer was so nice and professional. My husband and myself really appreciated them being able to answer our questions. They set it up and wxplained everything to us.

Installation looked strange as all the doors of the refrigerator are dismantled before It is carried into the kitchen. Then they assembled all the doors back After a week or so we noticed that freezer door was not closing properly Only after another visit and dismantling all the doors once again it looks like the bottom freezer door is working. I keep watching

Great customer service experience! Verified arrival time and showed up early. Efficient and fast setup with removal of all materials related to the delivery! Exceeded my expectations.

The first Delivery people were clean and helpful! The second couple that came out left a hose On my floor.

The installers did a great job and didn’t need the kit, which we returned to the store. Some places say they won’t hook up the icemaker to a copper line, but our installers had no problem doing it.

Shatatyana and Carlos were very efficient, friendly, and professional! They had a little trouble with GPS, but called and kept me updated on their arrival time. They cleaned up the packing and made sure all the parts were in the refrigerator and that we were satisfied before they left. Fantastic job!

They brought in my fridge and they installed everything for us including the water. Couldn’t have asked for better. They have done their job! The fridge is awesome, temperature wise amazing!!
