The installation was very professional, quick and seamless.

The installation service for our new refrigerator was great. Two installers arrived with the refrigerator and they removed and hauled away the old one and then installed the new one. Everything went perfectly.

Subcontracted installers Didn’t bring proper tools to install waterline for my new refrigerator. Very nice gentlemen, but they said they were limited for the waterline install. The point is it’s deceiving about the installation service from Best Buy. Lowe’s does entire install.

The installers were actually installing a refrigerator directly across the street earlier than our scheduled time. They knocked on our door and asked if it would be alright if they installed right now. Of course! They were quick, efficient, got the old refrigerator out and placed it where I asked, and installed the new one perfectly.

Team was excellent with delivery, setup, and install. No problems with the unit, the experience, or the knowledge. If you buy a fridge from Best Buy I would recommend using their delivery and install. Amazing service and they clean-up well also

Good install. Front of refrigerator was slightly damaged bringing it into the house. Installer took a picture and said he would turn it in. I have heard nothing.

BestBuy delivered a new LG French Door Refrigerator to me and removed my old one. They employees were polite and did a fine job of installing the new one and ensuring that everything worked. They even took time to advise on initial startup and care.

Super friendly couple of guys brought fridge in and had to remove both doors and drawers to get it thru 32" kitchen door. Reassembled and made sure everything worked.Their truck said piano movers but the older guy sure new how to strip and install a big fridge.

After having my new fridge for a month, still happy with my purchase. Plenty of room in the main part of the fridge and the right door, I knew the left side wasn't going to have much room because of the water/ice dispenser and there is room for narrow containers. What I hadn't noticed before purchase was no butter drawer, which I would've liked but would've have been a deal breaker. I do like having the bottom drawer, which gives me more space for meets & cheeses than the usual drawer in a fridge. The ice and water dispenser are nice, although the ice is a bit slow and I will check on that to see if this is a warranty issue or it's just slow. Crushed ice is even slower. Plenty of room in the freezer and I like having a tray for the items I use more often so it isn't like a chest freezer. Happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Best Buy delivery persons are always very knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to delivering to your home and installing for you. Within 10 minutes of pulling up to the driveway they had a refrigerator installed and running.

The first couple of refrigerators had a few issues. This last one was a charm! Love this fridge! Roomy and easy to use. Best Buy made everything right and ensured we were happy with our purchase.

Crew actually arrived early (after calling.) They moved the existing fridge into my garage, installed the new one, and hauled off my old garage refrigerator, all in about 20 minutes. Oh, that also included removing/reinstalling the front door. Very satisfied.

My mom had no issues with install. Everything went well.

They were installers more quick, polite, efficient, knowledgeable. I cannot ask for anything better They made very little mess, and quickly cleaned up what little mess they made.
