They installed the waterline for my fridge. No issues

Very quick install! The techs were very nice and respectful. They delivered when it was pouring rain. Set up took a few mins.

The installer failed to take the old copper wire with them. Also he said we should wipe down the shelves with clorox

Havent had any issues so far. Installation was good.

They won't do it. It requires a separate work order and $50 payment. So Frustrating as we believed it was included for the price!! They should have asked about this when we bought the fridge. The movers only placed the fridge in the living room.

The delivery and installation team was courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process was pretty seamless, just make sure you measure your space carefully and they will take care of everything else.

Geek squad delivered it, plugged it in, then left. The user instructions state that the freezer legs need to be leveled before use. Now my freezer is rocking side to side every time I open the door.
