The installation was done efficiently and with the upmost professionalism. They were most concerned with our property and our satisfaction with the service. Would give 10 stars for this!!

I will never purchase a major appliance from Best Buy again. The disconnect between Best buy and the third party that actually delivers and installs the appliances is insane. I ordered a fridge - a specific one based on the quickest availability possible - this was delayed three separate times and what was supposed to be a 5 day wait turned into a month. (my old fridge was dead so we had to make due without). At this point I asked for some financial consideration since i ordered a fridge solely because i was told it would be delivered soonest, had to wait, then it didn't work. I was told I would get considerable amount of money back (I purchase all our TVs and computers for my company from Best Buy - well I used to) When the fridge arrived, it wasn't functional. So I returned it and ordered a different one over the phone and was told it would be installed in three days. This is where the disfunction between the installers and best buy started to shine. Three separate times they were on there way with my new fridge - once actually in my driveway (!) with it, and because their work order didn't say anything about picking up an old one they refused to even drop it off let alone install it. I had to essentially trick them into leaving the new functioning fridge then call and return the old fridge. The whole time it was endless fingerpointing between best buy and the third party delivery company with no accountability from either side. Once all the dust settled it had been 2 months to get a fridge with constant headaches, when I went to get my financial consideration, they gave me a gift card for 40 bucks, not even enough to cover the installation charge. Will be taking all of my business elsewhere - will not buy anything from Best Buy Again

Delivery was quick. Even though they had to remove 2 doors to get the fridge in the house.

Seems good for the price range, the shelves are not adjustable so a bit of a disadvantage to store large containers

This is a basic fridge at a low price. I purchased it for my garage and for that it is perfect. It is quiet and hold temp well. Time will tell how long it lasts.

Too many reschedules - but final delivery in 6 weeks which should have 1 week - was flawless !!!

They got the refrigerator in the house successfully.
