We purchased a new Samsung black stainless steel French Door Refrigerator. The installers did a very nice job. They moved our old refrigerator, relocating to our garage, and installed the new one with no issues at all.

This 7 cf freezer replaced a 17 cf freezer that died. We went smaller bc our family is grown and couldn’t see a large replacement for just two of us. After many reviews of all different brands $ sizes, we went for Best Buy’s own brand. The first freezer was dented badly on the top back corner. BB Customer Service was able to locate another and setup delivery/return for the following week. Delivery was as arranged and the new freezer setup and running quickly. Although it is not a frost free model and doesn’t have an interior light, the size and price were perfect for us.

The fridge was installed correctly and works great. I just had some issues with the installation. The installers were nice enough though it was hard communicating because they didn't speak much English. They asked to borrow my tape measure so they could measure the front door and they took it with them when they left, so now I no longer have a good tape measure. They had to remove the front door to get the fridge through. When they put the door back on, they scraped up the door and installed the top hinge pin incorrectly. I didn't see it at first so they were gone by the time I realized I couldn't get my front door open all the way because the top hinge doorstop was facing the wrong way. I called and asked them to return my tape measure and I was told they'd get a message to the installers but they never returned it. I had my son re-do the top hinge on the door (which they also bent) so I can get the door open all the way now. I'll have to re-stain the door where they scratched it up. I'm happy with the fridge but disappointed about the installation part. You shouldn't have to fix or replace things after the installers leave.

They gave us a 1:30-5:30 window. We were their last stop so I ended up waiting 4 hours for them. They disassembled the closer and catch from our storm door and reassembled them before they left. They brought a new water line connection though a water line was not needed and was not on the order. They noticed the box was damaged and saw that the back corner was dented at the warehouse but didn’t tell us until they got there. We pulled off all of the tape and protective film and adjusted the temperature. The next morning all seemed good.

They were really great service guys. Delivery service was very professional. They even took the time to make sure everything was functioning properly and showed me how to work the controls.

Carefully unboxed and brought into kitchen and hooked up supply line for ice maker, Professional workmanship performed with care.

Delivery time and date was as requested and we were notified that truck was near shortly before delivery. The delivery men were efficient, careful about doorways and walls, and after setting up fridge, removed all extraneous material. Their work was professional and knowledgeable.

The delivery team was excellent. They were prompt, prepared, careful, clean and tidy, and moved through the house with a 28 cuft fridge like they had been doing it all their lives. I could not have asked for a more cooperative and careful team.
