The delivery guys were very quick and cautious when delivering my new fridge. The doors had to be removed but were put back on correctly. The only issue I had was that they didn't make sure everything was working correctly and they didn't do the water hookup due to the fact that I don't have a shut off valve directly behind my fridge. The hookup was easy enough on my own although I was a little disappointed that I wasn't told beforehand about having to have a shut off valve that accessible when in fact it's only a few feet away under my kitchen sink and I already had the line drained and shut off prior to their arrival. It is what it is, but if you have a similar setup for your water line, expect to do the hookup on your own as this posed a liability for the installers.

Installation team was great! Careful with my merchandise and made sure it was working well before they left.

The installation was great the workers came on time placed things where i asked told me about the stove mounts weather i should use it or not they came prepared with there own tools took away boxes and trash measured let me know how much space i had to work with

After a month...all is still working. No leaking. No issues.

The actual delivery was not on time but once arrived the installation was quick

The freezer arrived out of a box, the plug was attached and they put a level on top to show that it was level. When i went to open the door it rocked to the front so i had to upend the freezer and adjust the leveling feet. I feel that they got one over on me. The freezer is great.

The Geek Squad installation was very nicely done. Very courteous installers. Carried the old refrigerator out and brought the new one in by hand to avoid using a hand truck that might have damaged my hard wood floors.

The gentlemen delivering and installing my new refrigerator had no problems with water hookup.

The installation guys came out exactly on time which was specified the day prior via phone call. They were very nice and professional. Their work was quick and efficient even though we had to take my front door of it's hinges to fit the fridge through. They did all the work and left no wall dings or floor scuffs. They were in and out within 20 minutes.

The instructions provided to the delivery crew by Best Buy did not include the following info: 1) the refrigerator would need to be moved into the house, 2) an existing refrigerator would need to be moved out of the house, and 3) the new refrigerator would need to be installed, including hookup for the icemaker and water dispenser. The crew did take care of the installation of new and removal of old, but it delayed their other deliveries scheduled for later the same day. I call that "going above and beyond". Note that the installation of new and removal of old are both documented as part of the order as shown on my account and arranged for at the time of purchase.

John, the installer, was the best. He knew what he was doing. That is better than the 4 previous installers. Why it took 5 times to get it right, is beyond me. Our first refrigerator seemed right until the doors would open on their own. I would find the freezer door wid3 open. My wife said she didn’t do it, and found that closing the refrigerator would pop the freezer door. The first unit was returned. When they put the second unit in, they would not assemble it. When they came the third time, they said that all the parts where not here. When they came the fourth time, the parts they ordered were not the right parts. They changed out that refrigerator today. John identified all the right parts. He set the leveling legs so my level said the refrigerator was level. Great job John and his partner.

Installers did a great job, they were fast and helpful.
