Install went easy. They took the fridge in and up the stairs no hassle.

The installation guys came out exactly on time which was specified the day prior via phone call. They were very nice and professional. Their work was quick and efficient even though we had to take my front door of it's hinges to fit the fridge through. They did all the work and left no wall dings or floor scuffs. They were in and out within 20 minutes.

Best product install experience since I bought it. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

The guys showed up right on time and brought the whole team. Not only the two guys who were actually bringing in the frig, but also two guys from Geek Squad to do any hookups or what ever. The frig was ready to go and didn't need their services, but they were available. The delivery guys did a great job. They were very polite, professional and cleaned up after them selves. Product was delivered, not installed. No water line was needed for this unit. It wasn't leveled, either, as it was supposed to be. Just plugged in.

The delivery crew was very friendly, took all Covid precautions, and completed the installation in a timely manner. We also paid the extra fee for relocation of existing refrigerator and that task was completed just as quickly and with the same attention to detail.
