The Main functionality is working as a Cooling device well but the Sound from the Screen is not clear has a lot of bad sound effects coming out so music not clear when playing

Unfortunately, the service crew left skrink wrap (pictures attached).

Great service. Really fast and professional installation.

Two installers came to my house today for the delivery of a regrigerator. One of them was super rude and arrogant. They didn't align the cabinet doors at the same height (see photos). Also, they did not connect the refrigerator to the waterline even though that was in their scope. That rude guy told me that I need to call a plumper? Then why BestBuy put waterline kit to shopping cart mandatorily? Why did I have to buy this kit? I am considering to return the refrigerator. Also, please please please send your installers with GALOSH. Make this a rule among your employees.

The refrigerator is the perfect size for my needs. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

The delivery team called about 40 minutes before to let me know the time they would arrive. They were courteous and helped move my old refrigerator to the garage. They made sure not to scratch the cabinets and walls as they moved. He also let me know about running the water and ice machine to clear the hoses.

The installers did a great job and getting my fridge raider up and running. They explain how the fridge raider operates everything I needed to know what’s explain to me by the installers and I’m good to go !!

The installation wen very professional and fast, It was the best delivery and installation guys I ever have my, the fridge couldn’t fit thru my front door, the guys remove the fridge doors and honest I was scared they will scratch or miss anything, but not they were very careful and they install everything back like nothing happen..

Typically, I could have installed this myself, since there were no water hookups, but I wanted it in the basement, so I included installation. The guys we fast, friendly, and made sure to answer all my questions.

Installation was better than expected! The guys were on time, called with plenty of notice to let me know when to expect them and once they arrived they were very knowledgeable about the product & very courteous.

Had to have a follow up appointment as bottom freezer drawer did not slide out all the way. Tech had to remove top tray and then pull rest of drawer out hard, Seems it was off track from installation. All is good and I love the in-drawer ice maker and in-door water dispenser. A very quiet appliance. Very happy.

We love our new LG refrigerator with french doors, middle storage drawer for meats or cold cuts, and pull out freezer below- it’s spacious and keeps all our food perfectly tempered. The installation process went smoothly and “Tim” was a great representation of Best Buy in that he was professional and friendly, able to meet our needs and articulate everything in a concise and timely manner.

I ordered four appliances. Two arrived damaged through no fault of the delivery guys. The guys were efficient and friendly, one was named Jermaine. He was GREAT in handling the problems. Best Buy was quick to order a replacement for one and a discount for the other. Very happy.

Original install was okay (through a contracted delivery service). Refrigerator did not have the fan connected internally so did not get cold the first few days. Best Buy was great about getting it repaired and replaced. Repair tech came on a Sunday, and was great! They still replaced with new unit a couple of days later, and the Geek Squad delivery was wonderful.

The refrigerator itself looks great. But the very bottom drawer that holds the produce does not slide in and out very easily. Always pulls the shelf along with the actual drawer. Sticks every time.

The customer service to delivering was really good. the delivery guy's was in and out 10 to 15 min out with old in the new Thank yall!

Water runs nicely and tastes great! Love the light feature, too! Crushed, cubed, temperature gauge and lock controls if you have kids. Installers were extremely professional and QUICK

The freezer was installed earlier than the time originally set for. It worked fine. It reached a freezing temperature rather quickly.

The delivery team was a great group of guys. They came in, were very courteous, and answered all of my many questions. They installed and set up my items in a short amount of time and made sure I knew how to operate my appliances.

The installer team from Best Buy was fast and efficient. Santos the installer gave me his number in case I have any further questions. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
