Great refrigerator, we love it! I am so happy that we pickedit and your delivery people are so helpful and kind!

The freezer installers and haulerd arrived on time after alerting me to their expected time. They worked efficiently and effectively, even offering one bit of advice that I did not know beforehand would be helpful. And they were friendly.

They install it properly but forgot to instruct us what to do next. And you should have an existing line for them to install for they don't touch the plumbing line.

1 star for Best Buys marketing "We'll deliver, install, and make sure your new refrigerator is working." We bought the total tech membership for this reason however they wouldn't install the water line because "they aren't plumbers" The workers were polite and professional and did a good job with a heavy item and moved our old fridge to the garage as requested.

Appreciated the quick and proper installation. It isn't just plug it in, they had to do the water line, and removing all the packing tape, and setting up the inside. And they had to move the old one downstairs too.

The 1st install crew left the refrig doors uneven. This 2st crew aligned the doors. They knew how to adjust the feet at the bottom of the fridge so that the doors lined up.

Super friendly couple of guys brought fridge in and had to remove both doors and drawers to get it thru 32" kitchen door. Reassembled and made sure everything worked.Their truck said piano movers but the older guy sure new how to strip and install a big fridge.

Good install. Front of refrigerator was slightly damaged bringing it into the house. Installer took a picture and said he would turn it in. I have heard nothing.

Got my LG refrigerator promptly; they even called me to tell me when they were arriving. Everything was packed up neat and clean, plugged it in make sure it worked and even gave me instructions on how to clean the inside.

Installation for the refrigerator was just fine. Hooked up and everything worked perfectly. Positioned it right where we wanted it.

Crew actually arrived early (after calling.) They moved the existing fridge into my garage, installed the new one, and hauled off my old garage refrigerator, all in about 20 minutes. Oh, that also included removing/reinstalling the front door. Very satisfied.

They brought my refrigerator in and hook it up and made sure it was running

Installers were very efficient and personable. Came a little late with some delays with other installs. Got it done in less than 30 mins taking old fridge out and putting new fridge in.

No issues with water line connection. Works as expected

It's a fine Appliance works very well just wish it was a little bigger inside
