We had to have the installer return a second time. The first time he brought the wrong refrigerator. I am giving him 4 stars because I doubt that this was his fault. When he came out a second time, he installed it perfectly.

The gentleman who delivered and installed my fridge were wonderful to work with. They were polite and professional, answered all my questions, and did not leave until they knew it was running well and placed exactly where i wanted it.

Delivery team spot on! Very professional, came at the allotting time, knew their business and made the install seem effortless, though I know its not an easy job.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but the freezer door won't close unless you push it, firmly. The bottom tray on the freezer door doesn't clear the opening, and it scrapes and stops the door when you try to close it. Perhaps it wasn't leveled properly? We called the store but they did not offer a remedy.

We bought this second refrigerator for our home: it performs well and the Best Buy service in purchasing and delivery was excellent. Delivery men had to work hard to get it into our basement but they managed to get it set up.

I love my new fridge! It's beautiful. However... They left my fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor, after I had said three times where it was going, they still left with it in the middle of the floor.

Employees assisted my elderly parents as we purchased a fridge for them as a gift. Service was good and professional.

Nathanial and the crew were so good at installing my new Whirlpool refrigerator and relocating my other to the garage. They were professional, knowledgable, efficient, and courteous. Nathanial called in advance to talk about measurements and had a determined attitude to move my fridge through a relatively tight space. He was creative in the solution, and there were no issues at all, and when they left, everything was in perfect condition, including reinstalling my dishwasher handle which had to be removed to make room. It was installed better when they left than when they arrive. All in all, it took less than 1 hour to disassemble and move my old fridge, assemble and install my new fridge. Very highly satisfied with this crew and this service. 10/10 would recommend using again.

Install went good but I will be retuning because I already have a new one on other fridge

The delivery drivers that came to deliver and install the refrigerator were fantastic. They were very careful and knowledgeable. They had to move my old refrigerator into the basement as well and really did everything with care. I highly recommend them!

I used this service for a fridge and dishwasher installation. The professionals involved were careful and thorough. They tested and explained everything before they left.

Instulation was great. The 2 men were super patient.

Did a fine job on a very easy installation. All that was needed was to plug it in and put in the shelves.

This was my second experience with Jordan, and he was excellent again! He is very courteous and professional and exhibits extraordinary customer service skills in the way he speaks, tone of voice, patience, and friendliness. He also performed his tasks efficiently and effectively, completing his work accurately and quickly. He had his partner with him this time, but I can’t remember his name and Jordan did most of the work this time. The partner was friendly, courteous and professional as well. I highly recommend both of them.

I’ve had the same crew more than once. On time and professional. The shame is that their work is going to be subcontracted. Oh well
