And yes, the installation was "completed, and ready to use when they left"! You can't ask for better!

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everybody should definitely buy from Best buy, the whole process was as easy as making a sandwich and burping literally in and out in a half an hour, their team is next to nobody they are the best I've ever seen I will definitely make all my purchases from them regardless of price for now on it's just the atmosphere and the people that make me feel that way they treated me like family and that's how I treat my customers so I know what they tell me is the truth not like the other people that I won't say their brand

But they did a good job with unpacking and installing everything. Showed where all the controls are and the how the features work. They did a clean job.

Small freezer purchase and delivery.

They picked it up and delivered new one. New run is fine. Runs well and freezes. Delivery and installation went well.

They accessed the best route to our kitchen on the second level and back of the house. Quick and easy. They made sure water line was secure, fridge in place, gave advice on making sure the water line was clean before using water and ice function. Great guys , highly recommend.

They had to take a door off and quickly handled that. They carried it thru very narrow hall without mishap. They explained the use and proper cleaning of refrigerator!
