Perfect service — the guys were helpful, professional and took care of everything.

The installers seemed to be in a big hurry. They first said they couldn't install the waterline kit but then they did? They showed me the refrigerator was level but when you opened the door it rocked front to back. A week later the next installer adjusted the doors and it is better now.

Our two installers were by far the best installers I have had! I can not stress enough how professional and knowledgeable Jack and Sedrick are. Their customer service made me forget about the troubles I had with this order!

This was part of my fridge install. The guy who delivered my fridge set this up with the provide (paid for) hose (Smart Choice - Stainless-Steel Refrigerator Waterline Kit Required for Hook-Up - Silver). I haven't had any issues, and recommend them doing the install if you're not comfortable with those kind of things.

I love Best Buy!!! I was in the process of building a house (thank you Jesus). I wanted appliances from Best Buy and they allowed me to get the appliances during Black Friday sale with only $100 down! I got ALL the appliances I wanted which was the Tuscan stainless steel from Samsung set and at amazing prices. I even got a washer and dryer put on hold at the Black Friday price. I am just so amazed at Best Buy’s customer service. I ended up paying the remaining balance when my house was completed and they delivered each piece. Just very grateful. Thank you Jesus for Best Buy!!!! I now buy ALL my electronics from Best Buy as I know they will be the best prices in town and they will do me right if I have a return or questions!!! Get a Best Buy credit card. I don’t even like credit cards but I have a Best Buy one because this store cares about its customers.

The delivery and installation went perfectly. The delivery people were on time, polite, and friendly. I will have no problem using the delivery and installation service in the future.

The delivery people were on time and efficient once they arrived. They took great care with the doorways and the refrigerator. They took the time to explain the process and make sure all the packing tape was removed and the appliance operated normally.

Very polite & respectful guys. They called offering to deliver @ 2pm (scheduled 4p.-8pm) Salesperson told me that they rarely arrive right at the first hour and not to worry if I would not be able to arrive before 4:25pm. As luck would have it they arrived @ 4:07. Kendra, the dispatch supervisor, was very solution oriented and professional giving them a choice to go on to next delivery then return or wait until I arrived. They had the fridge off the truck & unpacked as I arrived. They were efficient, respectful, and very informative, with great suggestions & advice. Easily & quickly handled a customer service issue. Took all tape & plastic with them. I'd highly recommend these two as they are good ambassadors of their employer and Best Buy.

The techs installed the. Refrigerator and were able to maneuver it in the space.

The team from Best Buy did a great job. The fridge was so big it needed to be partial disassembled and then reassembled, which they did with no complaints. They were professional and efficient.

Delivery excellent. I was kept advised as to where I was in the delivery queue and was given a final 10 minute delivery. Guys were polite and installed refrigerator quickly.
