No problems with scheduling the installation appointment. The product was installed at the place of our choice. The technician made sure everything is okay with everything before leaving.

Andrey and Gregory were awesome. They came on time and installed the refrigerator quick and easy. They also gave me starter tips so I knew what to expect with initial use. Kudos to them. I hope they are available for my next appliance purchase and installation.

Despite having some missing parts to stabilize the refrigerator, the installers were able to allow the immediate use of the product with some substitute items until the parts needed were able to be installed.

Love our new refrigerator. We have no complaints. If we had it to do over we would buy the same one from the same place. Best Buy delivery is very fast compared to other appliance sellers. They did a very good job.

I had originally purchased a refrigerator and had it installed on January 6. However, as soon as it was installed, it began making a loud noise. I called best buy back to have someone come out and fix the problem. They scheduled someone for January 12, but the repairman called me and claimed he couldn't repair it, he was an installation man. I had to call best buy back again and reschedule another fridge to be brought out and installed on January 17. The work was completed on the 17th, and now we have a working refrigerator. I gave the experience two stars because it was a very time consuming process. I had to make multiple calls to customer service reps who had difficulty speaking English to me. Needless to say, while I'm happy that we eventually got the fridge installed and working, the amount of time it took and frustration with customer service made for a very unpleasant experience.

I purchased this kit together with my LG fridge. The delivery technician hooked up my fridge in no time and I could use my fridge immediately. Make sure you order this installation kit so you can use your fridge immediately.

Installation company Gcs installed my refrigerator. The unit was everything as described , the installers did a professional job and i will be looking forward to future purchases with Bestbuy & GCS

Delivery was adequate. No damage was done to the fridge and the delivery was successful. Arrived hours earlier than announced, which was fine, but not the best scenario as I work third shift. I didn't realize the doors wouldn't be switched...so I had to spend half an hour doing it. The delivery people were gruff but they did the job.

The two installers were great. They were prompt and respected your home by being very carful not to bump walls, soil floors and cleaned up behind themselves. They were very careful with old appliances and do a wonderful job!

Great installation team! They knew what they were doing, and they did it fast. When they left, we felt very comfortable we knew how to operate everything on the refrigerator.
